“I ordered a magnetic chalk holder and a Superfile and tip shaper value pack when the items arrived the magnetic chalk holder pack which had been opened there was no chalk in the pack the second item came with just the tip shaper no file and no spare sandpaper pack. After phoning and speaking to Kerry she apologised and said she will send the complete order out again 1st class post which I received the following day thank you Kerry for a prompt reply”

“I received the product i purchased very promtly.it is the only product ive purchased but i certainly will buy from the boutique again .not sure id buy a cue online without feeling it in my hand.what i do like are the little bundle deals like some chalks and a few tips yes ill be contining to look at the products”
