Horrendous company, wanted licence code which we provided . They then said they could not validate so have to resubmit. They wanted photos of where bike was being kept overnight and they wanted proof of cbt. It’s like they don’t believe anyone. I would not recommend them to anyone and certainly would not use them again. AVOID!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY (BIKESURE) AT ALL COSTS WHEN LOOKING TO INSURE YOU MOTORCYCLE. This company throw the hook out with a low price compared to competitors and once you bite, they will reel you in and then boom......2 days later they will hit you with an email telling you to contact them urgently or your insurance will be null and void. In my case, when I contacted them (as soon as I recieved this email), they said I had not declared an accident from over a year ago ..... Now, this accident in question was not even an accident that involved myself!!! My wife was in HER car on her OWN, stationary at traffic lights when another driver hit her car! I wasn't even in the same country at the time! BIKESURE said as my name was on the same insurance policy at the time this will affect my initial quotation with them and they will have to provide a new quote which was more than double of the first quote!!!! Wait....what? Yes that's right, they tried to DOUBLE the quotation because my WIFES car was hit by another car more than a year ago when I wasn't even in the country!! So, I laughed and told them to where to go and to cancel the policy that I had taken out with them only 2 days prior, to be told there was a cancellation fee!!! Excuse me what? Yes, a cancellation fee more than what the deposit was for the insurance. Now let me also say, the customer service this from this company is zero......nada......zilch. They will talk over you. They won't listen to anything you say. They will steal as much money from you as they can. They are SCAMMING people....It's a big con. They will try to extort every penny possible for any reason whatsoever. I am persistent and won't give in, so in the end I managed to get my full deposit back after a 'very long' heated discussion with them over the phone and it was only when I threatened to report them to the ombudsman and negative review them over all social media platforms that they finally gave in and agreed to a refund of my deposit. Lastly, you may think that you have nothing to worry about as you don't have anything that they could possibly pick up on that will affect the cost......WRONG....they will just double or treble your policy on the rewnewal date (don't believe me? Check out the other negative reviews) Please do yourself a favour.....don't try to save yourself a few quid by going with a scam company like Bikesure, pay a little extra and go to a more reputable insurance provider.

ABSOLUT COWBOY OF A COMPANY. No policy documents sent, call after call....hassle after hassle, and after all the time wasting when I do not want their service, they charged my card cancellation fees. unbelievable!

As has been posted already here, I would not recommend Bikesure. Poor customer service, hours on the phone, documents incomplete, tried to cancel insurance within 14 days ' cooling off period' and was still charged a cancellation fee before the policy had even started! Was actually told that the cooling-off period did not apply to them as was stated in their terms. I am left feeling they are not trustworthy and I would like to trust whoever insures me. As others have mentioned here, my declaration was questioned and they tried to increase my mileage estimation and double the premium - sales team trickery

Still waiting six months for a certificate. What is wrong with these people. Just send the documents rather than faffing around with an online portal that doesn't work.

Bikesure produced a quote online for my nephew which I was paying for. He answered all their questions and was quoted £768 for a 286cc motorbike. They then sent a letter saying the insurance would be cancelled as they wanted more information. The quote of £768 which was obviously never going to be honoured was changed to over £2400. As this was ridiculous the insurance had to be cancelled. It would have been fair by law to pay for the 3-4 days of insurance they provided but they insisted that over £70 was due to them! This is not fair and they really didn’t care in the slightest. AVOID BIKESURE if you do not wish to be treated fairly.

Having spoken over the phone about my renewal and made the paymant, day later got a letter to say the policy is based on incorrect informatio . The most brainless insurance company I came across.

Went ahead with an insurance policy online, instead of being given a certificate, I was notified they were doing fraud checks. Fair enough. I needed something quick, so responded to their email shortly afterwards (11 minutes) and cancelled it. Went elsewhere and got insurance issued immediately. I was charged nearly £100 for the insurance that as never edited for 11 minutes. Complained and went through the motions, they don't care. Awful company, will never use and will hit you with admin charge after admin charge. AVOID this company, there are far better insurers out there. I went with Harley Davidson direct, they were far better. BIKESURE will CON you whenever they can.

Paid for a new policy through compare the market, half the price of the renewal that came two days after. Bikesure have my money and my email of complaint, six days later no policy or response to my complaint. Will cancel and go with a competitor. Do not use

The worst company in 41 years of Motorcycling. Pay extra for using their helpline to start. Cheated on using for travel to work and had to pay extra £6o plus and refused to pay me any refund if i cancelled the policy after 3 weeks as. On compare sight clearly stated travel to work and have screen shot. No Refund and now want more money !!!!!! Do not use !!!!!

Insured my sons 50cc moped back in March 2022. Although the policy was overpriced and excess excessive I had no other options. I have a £950 excess! I moved home only to be ripped off with admin fees and policy was raised well over £100 for the remainder of the policy, over £100+ to change the address. The policy was taken out social, domestic and pleasure as my son is a full time student in a sixth form grammar school. The bike broke down, recovered as the breakdown didn’t bother trying to fix or attempt to repair at road side. My sixteen year old left stranded. My son started a 0 hours contract job in local McDonald’s 10 days ago working in the kitchen, after filling out a questionnaire I was shocked to find out he wasn’t covered to ride to his p/t job as he needs to earn some cash for Christmas. A lady from Bikesure rang me to milk me once again for more premium, although I wasn’t at all impressed, she refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager. It was like talking to yourself and no reasoning with this company. She refused to give me any information on who to complain too, it was a complete rip off yet again. Another £75 to amend the policy and no goodwill!!!!! It company is a joke and I will never ever recommend or use this company in the future. Absolutely Disgusting 🤮

I cancelled my policy within 24 hours as the price they gave me on line to lure me in was actually doubled after a call from them. Bike have only refunded half the amount paid and deducted £70+ as admin fees , I am taking action to recover this.

The worst experience ever, dont use this comany, they will ripp you off. You will get a quote online and then when you pay they will ask you to call them to validate the insurance and then they will charge you extra more than £100 .and if you want to cancel thay will charge you £65.00. I will never use them again and i will never recomend them.

Rip Off ( online SCAM ) Rip Off, scam, con whatever you want call this company, I got online policy with them £127 and I had to return the bike as bike was not worth £1 therefore when I ask them to cancel the policy they try to charge me £95 after I argue with them they went down to £60 !! Totally rip off, stay away from this con company!

Multi bike policy, every change £35, unacceptable can never get through on telephone, ages to respond to emails. Change 2 bikes for one smaller one and they want more money, tried to change petrol scooter for electric one trying to do my bit, they tell me that the electric one is £1000pa, 6 bikes cost me less than £500. Got a quote on compare and electric was bikesure £111.00 MCN Insurance few pounds more but opted for them as trying to get away from Bikesure, only to find out that MCN is Bikesure, and they emailed to say contact them as query on my details although I have paid. Had no fault accident mar 21 causing injury, they put their recommended law firm Minster on to me and they have been an absolute shower, as of Aug 22 still waiting for them to sort this, never any updates , different legal guys dealing with case would not recomend insurer or law firm.

Worst insurance company I I have ever dealt with. 3 days and counting for a mid term adjustment and cancellation. Had people hang up for no reason with no call back, on the phone for hours and promised cal backs that never happen. Never again.

Absolutely Appalling Service, or should i say lack of it...after 2 days & hours of waiting then being passed from agent to agent in total spoke to 6 different agents and still no joy & all i want to do is add a another bike to my current new policy... i have never ever experienced such terrible & appalling service from any insurer in all my 55 years of motorcycling.......# Note i use all option in my contact... live chat, several phone calls, & 3 emails + Facebook - my advise is AVOID AVOID AVOID Bikesure its bad for your health !!!
