“Bought a caravan cover from them During 80 mph winds it managed to shred and take a roof skylight off my van Emailed them and all they could say it must have snagged on the roof Took pictures and that wasn’t good enough they wanted other ones after telling them it was disposed of Not very helpful at all”

“I ordered some parts on Friday, and they arrived on Saturday even though the projected date was the following Tuesday. The lady I spoke to on Friday, Emma, is a fabulous ambassador for the company; her telephone manner was excellent and her product knowledge was superb. I highly recommend this company. “I purchased a couple of caravan wheel locks and managed to source them almost half the price my local dealer wanted. Granted, online is usually cheaper than a high street store but Big White Box were still about £25-30 cheaper than the nearest online retailer. I'd never heard of them before this purchase but it's clear they have a good track record and I'd be happy to use them again in the future. First class deliver service too.”
