“Had a bibo since they first came to this country and have never used a kettle or bottled water at home since...filtered chilled water is a great saving on plastic bottles which is even more important these days. service and upkeep is easy and customer support is brilliant.”

“Absolutely love our Bibo! No more waiting for the kettle or drinking Luke warm tap water. We were spending a fortune on fizzy drinks and bottled water. The rental cost is less than we spent on buying these plus it’s better for the environment. Installation was quick, easy and tidy. Would highly recommend.”

“Waited in 3 times, no visits no calls email saying we weren't in, turns out they were going to the wrong house, still not received filters now they're out of stock”

“We love sparkling water and using the Bibo system we can drink it without having to buy in plastic bottles. The return system for the empty cylinders is free and on receipt Bibo credit us with £10. We have been using Bibo for over a year and enjoy the product; and if assistance is needed the staff are really helpful.”

“Love my BIBO. The chilled and filtered cold water has been wonderful during the heatwave. The ‘on tap’ heated water is also fantastic. We wouldn’t be without it now.”

“I had a virgin pure machine years ago and I decided to try Bibo instead. The order process is disjointed and the product has a very annoying feature. You have to remove the drip tray everytime you want to put a tall or pint glass underneath it , whoever designed this didn’t think of this annoyance which makes me hate using the machine. Customer services don’t care and neither does the director who ignores emails.”

“Excellent service had Virgin pure for years but found them useless when my machine needed repaired in fact still waiting to hear back from them. Told no engineer in Scotland thankfully I found Bibo Water and best thing was it was the same engineer that had originally installed my Virgin pure machine. Bibo Water suits my needs due to medical reasons. Excellent after sales service so BIBO WATER all the way from now on 5× service.”

“Very disappointed in the service, after having used Bibo for nearly 10 years I ordered parts that I needed straight away to make my machine work as the light and filters went, I ordered them (over 100 pounds worth) and then got an email saying thanks for the order and that they were not in stock and I have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks for them (still not arrived). I have mental health issues and rely on my Bibo to make myself cups of tea and coffee and things such as noodles at night, these provide me comfort during the day and are usually made for me by my carers, I had been 2 weeks without cold filtered water and hot water and finally had an email back to mine to help me override the Bibo, this was great by the representative 'Poppy' and she was fantastic to help me get it overridden to make hot water and cold water until the new UV lamp and filters come to use it properly, they are going to be another week to two weeks now so all in all 3 - 5 weeks est. without proper filters and UV lamps to make sure the water is clear to drink. Will be looking to see if I can get the filters from a reseller next time, very disappointed and unhappy with Bibo.”

“In general an excellent product. The exception is that it is not very energy efficient. If you want a glass of cold water you then proceed to heat the hot water for the next hour (minimum). There is no way to switch the unit back into sleep mode.”
