“The floss wall lights are stunning , customer service is excellent as staff are always available to offer advise and they even emailed the full specification .Items delivered well packaged and promptly . Thank you I will be returning”

“Website did not provide accurate information about stock availability and so ordered based on inaccurate information but took time to revert re timing and so became impossible to find alternative provision. Ok but not great!”

“The wall mural looked good on the website, however when it arrived and was put on the wall it was absolutely spectacular. The photographs really don’t do it justice. The thickness and quality of the paper, the depth of colours is just stunning. It felt like an excessive purchase but it’s worth every penny as it’s honestly the most beautiful art work. Everyone has said ‘wow’ and literally gasped when they have seen it. I’m so thrilled.”

“A good range of products. My light arrived well packaged and in good time but missing an adaptor. I informed them and one was dispatched, unfortunately it was the wrong one, but eventually we got there.”

“Buying furniture/homeware is no easy task especially during COVID - countless delays, not hearing any updates for ages, tax gone wrong, etc. etc. - none of that happened with a wit! The website is beautiful and easy to browser, customer service is friendly, personable and helpful. Price is fair, communication is quick and hassle free. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will definitely recommend.”
