“The most 3rdClass app Deposit doesn't take time But withdrawal takes more than 24hr. Suggestion- Please improve your withdrawal section.”

“Money keeps dissappearing on account, no control over pausing or playing on casino games. You can actually see that the game is rigged by how it changes and how it turns to slow down or cancel already placed bets that end up winning. How does that happen unless the already know the result before the game starts. The website is rarely working.”

“Where do you start. Don't honour free bets, support is specifically designed to be elusive and evasive. Many people not have deposits credited or withdrawals returned. Even the support e-mail address listed here is not genuine - to contact them you need to contact an e-mail address in Zambia. Their UK business was dissolved and operate out of Zambia with Maltese Licensing I believe. They probably realise that nobody will challenge them. Not sure if they switched after receiving a big fine for advertising on a childrens section of a website or whether there was another reason. This company should be AVOIDED - you have all been warned. If you win - don't be surprised if you don't get paid.”

“I feel like ooo poor betway, lots of awful reviews, lots of complaints, lots of money lost!! They do hold a Uk licence, they are a registered uk company?? So why is betway not been investigated by the fraud squad??? Or is this being over looked cos they are all scammers? WON 400 quid, clicked withdrawal, no monies received, cant speak to anyone, cant get an answer from the on line chat, cant now look at withdrawal stage as error code 500, why is no one revoking betways licence to trade not only in the Uk but everywere, why are the met police fraud team NOT investigating this, or are they on their non pay roll, this company (use that word loosely) needs to be outed, think the tabloids will do the investigating and lets hope it makes headlines. Betway scammers in plain sight. DO NOT USE THIS SITE WILL THIEVE YOUR MONEY LIKE PINCHING A CHILDS CANDY, Avoid at all costs. Scammers, fraudsters, thieves, low lifes, scum bags.”

“Betway is a fraudulent company, they steal the money received, my example is that I asked if the chat could stop the payment 300e and return it to the account. Customer service live chat told me that it should be done by the technical service. they themselves returned the funds 300e to the Gambling account and locked it and no one answered me clearly from the attached that they kept the money and do not want to pay it, I will file a lawsuit and hire consumer protection in Ireland this is theft This is scam company registered in Malta I wont to close account and withdraw my 300e because I put that...”

“I am writing this review after contains betway almost 100 times on chat or email and no action taken for the deposit I made. Even shared the bank statement and deposit slip but they are neither depositing money into my betway account nor refunding back to my bank account. Worst experience ever, please stay away!”

“Don't not trust them... I deposited money 40 days back and it's still not added to account nor refunded. Every time I contact customer care, they say payments team is looking into it and there is no TAT.”

“If I could give less than one star I would. Made a withdrawal on November 23, 2022 and still have not received my winnings. They told me to choose my preferred withdrawal method but there is no way to. Customer support has had me running in circles. No one monitors the email. I’ve been told the issue has been escalated but not told where or why it’s been escalated. Live chat is a waste of time. This is very very disappointing. I believe it to be a scam. Do not use betway unless you want a huge run around. Go Elsewhere if you want to see any payout.”

“I've been with Beltway few years now. Recently Ontario now runs it (not really sure what the hell is going on to be honest) Took away some games and then ability to control your spins like stop mid spin. So its most likely rigged. Finally win some money taking forever then they tell me I owed money for transactions from previous card. 120$ which made absolutely no sense. I replied I wanted dates for these transactions and the card In question I have changed some time ago. There was a 120$ in my casino account???? Played it of course got nothing put of it. This morning got email they would investigate. Went to check my casino account for the status of my withdrawal and my account was locked and to speak to customer service which is next to impossible to get a human being. So yes REAL SCREW AROUND STAY AWAY”

“PLEASE DONT USE BETWAY. You can report them through IBAS, and on metropolitan police website, who will investigate. All the information you need, find on the email from Betway in small print. PLEASE DONT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.”

“I gamble for over 25 years and almost 20 years online started with 888 one of the oldest online casinos I almost used all reputable casinos. and the worst online casino that takes the crown is Betway! they have the slowest withdrawal process in the whole industry. and they do it in purpose to keep your winnings so you gamble it away. from the day you request withdrawal to the day you receive it, it can take up to two weeks as they will always come with an excuse to reverse it back to your gambling account. try to avoid this site and never gamble here. I advise anyone to use 888, Pokerstars, Betfair or PaddyPower or Ladbrookes or even WilliamHill. those are good sites with good reputation and they pay fast no hassle nomatter how much you have won as long as you are verified. I have had huge wins over 20Ks many times on the above sits and they pay it without even asking”

“Joined Betway Sunday night lots of games and things to do. I won often ,lost on some games which is expected, i had some small wins and 2 decent wins , I withdraw 5times in last 48hrs and today all my winnings was paid to me. “So basically I lost 20 euros at around 3:30PM September 22nd from my bank account but not getting it through to my betway account... Its been more than 2 months since that happened for me to get a reply today from the live support which is mostly made up of automated bots about how there was an error and thats it... Money still no where to be seen. Overall really bad customer support in general and the waiting time for solving problems is way too much. I'd pass this website for any newcomers that are wanting to gamble online.”

“Do not use this site. I uploaded $100 several months ago then when I finally chose to use it this week I bet on 5 games, to which I was successful in every one-the next morning and since then I haven't been able to login and then told me I have to close my account which is at $59, what sense does that make? SCAM”

“I deposited $90 because there was a promotion to match up to $200. It’s been 2 months since I successfully e-transfered them my funds and nothing has come into my account. I have spoken to the company MANY times and they won’t do anything about it. The excuse they gave me is that it’s the payment company's fault and both theirs.”

“some kind of massacre on Monday I made a transfer of the winnings of 200 f to my account so far there is no money an e-mail came that the account details do not match my debit card details which is not true they told me to connect to the chat which is unavailable I think betway deceived me which is really I'm sorry”
