Stay away from these fools! Stay away from these fools! obviously paying their staff minimum wage because if you pay peanuts what do you get.......? I ordered a radiator and paid for next day delivery as I needed it the next day. this morning I still hadn't received a dispatch email so I phoned them, after being on hold for 25 minutes finally spoke to somebody who was the most unhelpful person ever. had to cancel the order as I had no other option. AVOID

I am absolutely appalled with the delivery service that I received from Betterbathrooms!! I received an email advising me that my shower door had been despatched and that I would be sent an email the evening before delivery with a 2 hour time slot and a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery man arrived without informing me with my goods on a pallet wrapped in cellophane. He refused to take it into my house and said that he could only leave it outside as it was!!! He refused to help me carry it inside. I have a bad back and on my own and had no means of bringing the shower door inside. I would also have had the hassle of getting rid of the pallet and the cellophane. I had no choice but to send it back as I was unable to take it into my house. It’s an absolute disgraceful service and I just hope that my refund will not cause me too much hassle!! What is the point in selling people goods if they cannot get it into the house? I will never ever buy anything from Betterbathrooms again!!

We ordered a basin and toilet vanity unit a week ago, we received an email from you saying item is unavailable and you will get in touch via phone call to either send out a suitable replacement or if we wish a full refund, we have had no word back from you we have tried on many occasions to ring the help Line numbers but this has proved none satisfactory can you please contact me on the number I have given you earlier today thank you

I'm getting onto a month now with no resolution or replies, damaged item, takes days to get a reply and now after uploading photos of the damaged item they have gone silent. Astounded a company with a online presence can operate with complete and utter disregard for customers.

Substandard company !!! If you buy anything off these and have issues with the purchase,forget going to their so called customer services as they never answer...their sales lines however are answered almost before they ring...strange as they are probably all sat in the same office! I now know they went bust but god knows how they have managed to start trading again. I would be ashamed to work fpr these jokers !!!!

This company has gone down hill since it sadly went into administration, and was bought out. I have tried to contact them for information about the seat, on the toilet that I purchased in 2015. No email address where you can attach pictures, and customer services never answer. They are happy for you to phone a 13p a minute number, no chance!!

Quality of what I did receive was ok. However, they sent me the wrong toilet. Nightmare to get replaced in fact 6 weeks on and it is still not sorted. Spent hours on the phone, currently sitting waiting to get through as yet another failed delivery after assuring me it would be with us on Saturday. I really wouldn't bother using them its just not worth the hassle!!! Not impressed, customer service is disgusting!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Do not buy anything online from these jokers. I only ordered a toilet and cistern thank god ...first it didnt come on the day specified and paid extra for...second their customer services dont exist...third the delivery came a week late...on a pallett marked 500kg !!! A bog weighing that ffs ...now im stuck with the pallett...fourth no cistern turned up with the sh it ter so i had to go buy one... fifth...forget it no point going on just DO NOT BUY FROM THESE cowboys

Appalling customer service. Do not deliver when they say they will. You have to wait a ridiculous amount of time on hold for customer services who then say anything to get you off the phone. We had tradesman on site and no delivery from betterbathrooms

Cancelled order 5 days ago but they still delivered. I now have a roll top bath in my front garden in full view of the whole world. Driver refused to return the bath to the company, so if its stolen while they leisurely collect, who pays? Poor service. Will not use this company again.

I have been waiting some considerable time for a refund for purchased goods. Better Bathrooms have failed to comply Or honour there customer code by not issuing a refund. Shame on you.

Badly delivered goods some faulty trying to get them replaced was agonising spending up to an hour a time on the telephone at extorniate telephone costs. I would never recommend this company to anyone steer well clear

40 minutes on hold to customer services trying to get a replacement part. Still hadn't picked up call at this stage. I've had to hang up and now just found out that they will have charged me 55p per minute and still have no resolution. Not happy !!

Hello, I paid £600 in cash for bathroom items in February. Delivery didn’t come at all. I contacted and emailed them after they went bust. Received an email from the administrators saying I can’t get my money back. I don’t need the items now as I have had my bathroom done. Can anyone please help or advise? I don’t know what to do?

omg what a nightmare. Placed my order and it arrived very quickly, well it arrived as that it was I paid for next day (15/6) - minus the toilet pan. Phoned to find out where it was "out of stock"! When will it be back in "it wont". Why they didnt contact me to say it was missing I do not know! They had to put me on hold and find out why it was missing. Still awaiting refund, but meanwhile they have taken further money from my account, without my permission and tried sending out a further two orders! I've been told a refund was authorised and then a week later told it wasn't. They tried telling me I was never charged for the toilet pan but its there in black and white on the order and the amount on my statement clarifies that. They lie, They take your money and nobody knows what is going on. If I had the option of NO STARS I would click on that. Still waiting for a refund, still waiting .... Even if the refund came through yesterday I would still leave this review. Never again will I use BB and I will not be recommending them - I'll be doing the opposite.

ordered bathroom back in nov 18 .Told them i couldn't take delivery till feb 19.My builder was in process of fitting shower cubical and found that some items were missing from box.I cant actually now fit the cubical as the company have no comeback because they went bust ,so now i have a shower enclosure that's no good to anyone.Was told i will have to try source the parts myself.Not easy as there is no name of a manufacturer.
