“I have been contacted quick following to my enquiry all questions answered All was nice till I bought the policy. After I have bought, i contacted 2 times to make corrections as there are false key information recorded in my policy. no response recvd.”

“Unfortunately there was no record of the application I submitted online through the best Insurance web site. However Mr Hamit Akyol from your Customer Support team was very helpful in helping me to submit my application via phone.”

“The initial call and set up of my protection way all done very quick but since then the incorrect paperwork has been sent out and I have spent 2 weeks trying to get the right paperwork issued.”
