“Company were finding it difficult to contact me due to busy job role and missing multiple calls but they persevered and after several weeks, we found a time that suited both of us to go through questions. Only 4 or 5 questions after the initial application and within 5 mins, my documents were sent to me.”

“Emily of Best Insurance was very helpful in sorting out trying to insure me for Accident and Sickness coverage, especially regards the due diligence spent in trying to ensure that the insurance was a "best" fit. Despite my not being satisfied with the Insurer's terms and conditions, Emily was still able to help me with alternative insurance that I am satisfied with. Good service and outcome all around. “I was very impressed by the quick responses I got, as I had a few questions and took my time replying to the gentlemen who was assisting me, by way of email, but he showed great patience and by star-comparison, always got back to me within minutes! I was also impressed by the regular follow-ups, as given the gaps in-between communication (at my end), he checked in frequently to see if I needed any further assistance with the information I had received. In the end, I was very pleased with the policy I took out, as well as the service. Thank you.”
