“I thought overall the service was good although the carpet cleaner I hired could also be used for upholstery cleaning but unfortunately the attachment provided with the machine was not functional it needed a spray attachment to be fitted which I managed to Rob from the carpet cleaning attachment to make it work! My dissatisfaction was that this was not checked before the machine was hired to me. This was acknowledged when I returned the machine but no compensation even verbal was given or acknowledged which disappointed me.”

“Equipment (large rotavator) was excellent, clean, easy to use and very effective. I thought my booking for one day would be early morning to late afternoon (as per invoice) but the machine arrived at lunchtime and I was told rental was 24 hours from delivery. This was no problem for me as I was free the next morning, but I can see this being a major issue for someone who has taken just one day off work. This should be made clearer in the ordering process. Having said that, the delivery and collection was efficient, albeit the driver had no clue how to operate the machine…good job it was straightforward.”

“Received our turf cutter timely, clean, and with good instructions. The delivery person was helpful also. Only issue is pick up was delayed by 2 days which meant I had it in my kitchen because we we're having our garden done! We couldnt get the branch to come and collect it.”
