Good service and pleasant staff. However, there were issues for me to be able to speak with someone directly. They mischarged me but then refunded very quickly. The advertised price does not include lots of fees. The delivery and pick up had errors for me.

Sadly this was not a great experience. I had machine 1 which had a fault so was replaced with a second which had a different fault! Both machines seemed good but just badly maintained. Booked it for a week but decided to return it after 2 days because it just didn't work as expected. The guys were great and very helpful, so not all bad. Thanks anyway.

Ordered a log splitter. Didn't actually get the one I had asked for and not on the day that I had asked for because they had double booked. I did get one though a couple of days late and it worked Ok.

Lack of easy contact with a local branch is a BIG negative. Had this been available, I would have been able to better define the capabilities of the equipment, would have had a better outcome, and have formed a more positive view of what you offer.

Good price, only issue I had was when it went to pick up tool there were four guys all talking to one another while I stood waiting to be served for nearly 5mins

Delivered on time and performed as expected. Would have benefitted from some guidance on how to use the machine rather than purely instruction on how to start it.

Unfortunately we could not get one of the heaters to work. They were both different and after raising this we were told that they did both work although one was hard to light and needed a different technique to the other. Dissapointing but looks like user error! The heaters were also delivered a day late due to not having gas. We didn't get any refund for this but were given an extra day which was of no use to us as our party was over and we were leaving the place we had rented!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. I am sorry the hire did not meet up to expectation. We do mention on our hire terms that occasionally alternative items of similar quality and performance may be offered. In hindsight the driver could have demonstrated the differences between both models, so thank you for raising this. We understand that we offered to deliver after 5pm but were informed that as long as we delivered well in time for the party on the Saturday this was acceptable. We delivered before 9am on the Saturday morning well in time for the event. We did offer to extend the hire as a gesture of good will but were informed there was no need as they were only required for the party on the Saturday. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We hope you will consider us next time you wish to hire something. Kind regards The Hire Team
