“Excellent service. Had problems with the first machine which provider could've been difficult about, however accepted that I felt there was no blame on my part and provided a replacement the following week, and even delivered. No problems 2nd time around, and I was very grateful of the lack of fuss in the whole matter. Highly recommended.”

“1 week hire of a tree stump grinder. Equipment as specified. Delivery and Pick up went smoothly. I was charged a sharpening fee but the grinders "teeth" were blunt on arrival and looked like the worn shape that the instructions suggested would damage the machine. No resharpening information provided. Even with gentle use the equipment failed after grinding 5 small stumps. The internal drive mechanism had disintegrated. Returned and repaired quickly, but teeth still blunt. I reset the teeth by rotating them to present the more sharp edge to the front. This improved the cutting power significantly. The machine worked well for the remaining stumps.”

“The patio cleaner had worn brushes and did not clean properly. It took twice as long so ended paying double to the handyman. The drive was paved so didn’t notice until used it on slabs. I asked for a refund but had no response.”

“This hire was really so easy. Picked up the lawn scarifier at the branch, and a really helpful guy there helped put it on the truck. It was an excellent quality piece of kit, and soon did the job. Furthermore a few weeks after removing a load of thatch and moss, my lawn looks great.”
