“Machine that was hired did not work effectively. Was only operational intermittently during the period of hire significantly impacting progress on intended work. When contacted the hire shop told me that the machine worked fine, despite me clearly explaining the issues with no resolution being offered. Disappointing overall”

“Sadly this was not a great experience. I had machine 1 which had a fault so was replaced with a second which had a different fault! Both machines seemed good but just badly maintained. Booked it for a week but decided to return it after 2 days because it just didn't work as expected. The guys were great and very helpful, so not all bad. Thanks anyway.”

“Equipment (large rotavator) was excellent, clean, easy to use and very effective. I thought my booking for one day would be early morning to late afternoon (as per invoice) but the machine arrived at lunchtime and I was told rental was 24 hours from delivery. This was no problem for me as I was free the next morning, but I can see this being a major issue for someone who has taken just one day off work. This should be made clearer in the ordering process. Having said that, the delivery and collection was efficient, albeit the driver had no clue how to operate the machine…good job it was straightforward.”
