“I’ve been buying goods from BES for nearly 30 years. I’m now in the process of winding down my business in readiness to retiring. I can honestly say that BES has been one of the best suppliers I’ve ever felt with. They often have the parts that are hard to find locally, and the prices of the goods are always competitive ( and often we’ll below local prices) . For example I went to a local very well known supplier for some 28mm end feed fittings. The supplier was no where near on price. I could buy from BES cheaper than the supplier could buy the fittings in at. ( I might have missed an opportunity there) In ending this post Yes I would recommend BES 100 present There prices are very good and delivery excellent, and customer service next to none. Why aren’t all businesses as good as BES?”

“Recently wrote a one star review regarding the ‘free gift’ of an infrared thermometer. Thanks for your reply noting that the model number was there to see. Very helpful. Now can you tell me, as a heating engineer, what use this thermometer with is with a range of 32c to 42c other than to check the potential well being of a customer I’ve just invoiced!”

“Ordered and received a Kane voltage/continuity tester. Came with a free gift of an infrared thermometer. Great, as as a heating engineer, it would replace my old one. Not if it’s a covid forehead thermometer with a range of 32c to 42c. You are advertising this as a ‘top pick’ to whom? A doctors surgery of pharmacy. Still have to get one, but not from bes!!”

“First time using this company and pleasantly surprised how efficient they are. Ordered in the evening delivered the following day. The best customer service, had an issue with my problem which was not their fault at all and resolved the matter in minutes and proceeded with a replacement Excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“On Friday I ordered some ducting for my kitchen re fit. Unfortunately the outside cowl vent had the damper flap missing. After a quick phonecall, with sincere apologies given, all was sorted and another vent rolled up on Saturday. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. You'll certainly be recommended by me. Many thanks.”

“The company have a impressive range of products and the delivery is super fast. However, if you only want something costing 50 pence with no urgency , The delivery cost is still £4.95 plus vat. A shame really , I will look elsewhere until such time as I need other items to make thedelivery charge worth while.”

“Can’t buy directly from counter, so I had to go online, website slow..I had to register..some how I ended up with extra item it wouldn’t let me take it off. because the site has become even slow. still can’t buy..because web site crashed just as I was about to pay. I started over again And did the same long process from the start and it crashed again.. Lady on counter had to call them up..eventually I got the item after about 40mins..”
