“Bought for my elderly mum. She says they are ok but do tend to snag if you have a rough finger nail. So I try and file her nails down regularly. She doesn’t like wearing them but unfortunately has too.”

“AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR DAY AND NIGHT”

“Product arrived pretty quickly so that is a plus and the product is what we ordered so no problem there. However, a bit annoyed that the price of delivery has gone from £4.95 standard delivery, (February 2023) to £8.50 pushing the V.A.T up by 71p plus the £3.55 increase makes it £4.26 dearer (June 2023).”

“I've used Bentley Nursing 3 times now for supplying Boxer shorts for my wife who is in a care home. I cannot fault the service and will use it for anything else that may be required in the future.”

“I have never actually seen or handled the product personally (incontinence pants) as they are delivered direct to the care home, where the staff use and recommend them. I am impressed with the service, which I have used 4 times now, and will continue to do so.”

“Lovely company, very efficient, excellent customer service! I was running out of face masks and because they were momentarily out of stock, they sent 4 complimentary individual masks which they had found in their warehouse (otherwise normally sold in packets of 10 or 20) to tie me over, as I had already placed a lot of orders with them. And, as it was my birthday, they also added some sweets with a happy birthday message!”

“excellent service”

“Great customer service, the shipment was a bit slow but I believe this was due to the Xmas holidays. Very good products, 5 starts!”

“I placed an order for a particular brand of FFP3/N99 face masks which I have purchased in the past. Two days later I received an email and text advising that they would be delivered that day together with an approximate time. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Bentley Nursing.”

“n99 supplied were comfortable and seemed to work as expected. However two of the last three masks failed before return flight to UK as elastic pulled off glue. Managed to loop and tie but not what you would expect from masks that are £5 each.”
