“We recently decided to market our house and move nearer to the coast. I asked 2 highly rated local agents to provide a realistic valuation of our property - there was a material difference of £125k between the 2 agents and we decided to market with Ben Siggins agency who was more in tune with our values and thinking with respect to our property and the methods he proposed on marketing our property to get good quality viewings and prospective buyers that wouldn’t waste our time. Shortly after listing we had a short list of 5 viewers all of which were closely scrutinised by Siggins to ensure they were bona fide potential buyers. We were really fortunate to get 3 of the 5 viewers interested and making offers. Both Ben and Kevin were very optimistic from the outset that we would achieve a quick sale and probably the full asking price. We actually achieved a better than asking price offer from 2 parties and was very happy to accept an offer from a local couple who were very enthusiastic as we was when we bought the property from new 22 years ago. Ben, Kevin and Jody were trusted partners in the whole sale process and I have become a very big advocate of the methods and approach that Ben and Kevin has instilled into the whole team. To be fair they didn’t always have the answers we were looking for, but they always were prompt in returning calls and following up on issues that inevitably arise during the whole selling of a house process. I also have to say that pretty much everything that Ben said in our initial consultation about his approach and what we could expect was delivered and I can fully appreciate why his agency is the top rated agent for the Maidstone and surrounding areas market. His energy, passion and professionalism is a credit to him and I would have no hesitation in pointing friends, family and anybody wanting an outstanding agent to be entrusted with what is always a challenging lifestyle event, then do not hesitate to seek his services. I would classify myself as highly demanding on delivery and the whole experience with Siggins Estate Agency has ticked every single box. On reflection we were so right in appointing them to sell our house and one can only wonder how much we would have potentially lost had we decided to go with the other agent.
