Hi Neil. We are sorry that our quality control was not up to our usual standards on this occasion. Dragons are particularly fearsome when it comes to their wings as you can imagine but we certainly don't want them flying backwards ! This is the first we have heard of the issue that you have had. Please contact us directly and we will send you out a replacement dragon who is able to fly forwards !

“The service that I received from Be My Bear was excellent, and the plush toy kit and teddy clothing items that I ordered arrived quickly and well-packaged. All of the products were of top quality and are great fun! The 16" bear clothing is also compatible with other "buildable" bear brands, as advertised. It would have been nice to be able to order accessories for the toys to hold and scent-discs to give them a sweet smell, which is something that other brands offer, but that's a small gripe considering everything else that's available. Out of all of the online make-at-home soft toy kit companies, the experience offered by Be My Bear is the closest by far to the leading high-street brand, all the way from browsing to ordering to making. Top marks - I hope to be back again!”

“First Lady I spoke to was amazing and very very helpful. Second lady, not so much. Quite rude actually. But the bears are beautiful so this totally makes up for it. The delivery arrived really quickly and we absolutely love the eco range! Beautiful bears. The recording devices are great too with a protection guard to stop the recording being deleted.”

“I expected these bears to be cheap and cheerful but was really impressed by the quality (we got a mixture of the cheapest bears for a party). The party bags were really solid as well and it’s so sweet how the faces poke through. One child said, “Wow, do we get to keep these?!” They worked brilliantly as an activity for a Zoom party. I got the children’s parents to hide them and the children had to follow the clues to find them. We went to the park at the weekend and I noticed several of the bears before I noticed my daughter’s friends were there too! They haven’t been put down since the party. Thank you from some very happy children.”
