“I’ve bought 2 lots of the bears for a party later in the year. They look lovely and I’m sure the Brownies will love them ! 1 was missing but that was rectified quickly and efficiently by the customer care team. All good so far !”

“Such a lovely idea for a party. My daughter had a brilliant time at her 7th birthday party with a collection of bears for her to make with her friends. We also got T-shirts for them to all decorate. Such great customer service too!”

“5 stars is not enough, wanted a teddy bear to put a small vial of my father's ashes in so could still hold him. Loved the product and simplicity of use that I ordered some more for my friends kids so they can have their own teddies. Delivered quicker than expected as well.”

Hi Bryoni I am sorry you have felt the need to post two negative reviews about the order you placed with us for a Killing Eve Bear Kit and an additional voice recorder without first contacting us. This is the first we have heard of your complaint and we are still not sure what the issue is. You say you received the wrong items and that the recordable voice box was broken. We always replace any defective items so please do email us at enquiries@bemybear.com or call us on 01492 544666 so we can resolve this for you. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and high standard of customer care but cannot deliver on these pledges unless customers contact us and advise us of any issues they may have.
