“I thoroughly wouldn't recommend this service. Not only did they not give me the correct information when setting a policy up regarding when payments would come out of my account, they failed to tell me a second one would come out less than 3 weeks later. They never asked me for my address so any mail sent to me was going to the wrong address. Upon cancelling the policy I have only recieved back half of what I should have, I was actually in the cooling off period (the lady I spoke to from be money savvy actually informed of this). Also, because the money went out of my account a week earlier than it should have I hadn't yet cancelled my existing policy meaning I was even more out of pocket. I cannot tell you enough to not use this service.”

“6 star Hamza! Thank you to Hamza for his excellent service at Be Money Savvy! He has been the first person to explain insurance jargon properly to me and also find me a policy with a certain cover that no other insurer would protect against! He is friendly and professional and genuinely cares for his customers! 5 stars are not enough! Thank you!”

“This afternoon I was called by Be Money Savvy. They explained clearly and in a very helpful and friendly manner what they were contacting me for. They gave me options I did not know were possible and managed to change the amount I was paying to get the exact life insurance I was looking for. A great result with them doing all the work.”

“Be Money Savvy offer an excellent level of customer service and customer care. Fatima who initially took the call was really polite and helpful. Joel the advisor who took over the call, was a real star. He really listened to myself, made sure he had understood my circumstances and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He was also very down-to-earth and he made what can be quite a mundane process into an easy and hassle free one.”

“Today, with the help of Luke I switched my life and critical illness cover as he found me a much better deal with a different company.
