“Well I had claims from this berfore with no hassle however. They found a new claim and push me to accept and then ignore all emails when u call they say they give u a update and never call or send email only sent 6 emails that are ingorned after this claim if I ever will get it I won't be using them again and I will definitely recommend fast track claims they are quick and responsive to there customers and charges alot less. Oh so like to add they make claims for you but they charge more on fees then what ur paydays loans intreast was lol joke really. which I hope one day a claim company start chasing these company's for there fees what they charge people.”

“What a scam. Avoid avoid avoid....Sucks you in with promises then receive very little compensation and then harrass you for 30 plus %. Could understand if they actually did something for me. How did this even come up on my fb. Surely there must be laws on the way this come about and wasted my time. And to think they have since threatened me with recovery for their measly £36. Think this type of company should be looked into by Financial conduct authority”

“Helped with my morses club claim,but had to ring constantly for updates.what they charge is awful.I ended up charging them £50 for my time and calls and deducted it from payment I had to send for fees.all in all they did the job”

“So it turns out that the HMRC tax 'claim' Belmond make on your behalf merely mirrors the annual Review carried out by HMRC as a matter of course. The only result being that they take a 25% cut off the refund that is paid to you directly by HMRC anyway! Had I done nothing I would have received 100% of the payment without any interaction at all! Dirty Ploy.”

“Must have filled out a formal on f/book due to boardem never heard anything again from them got a payment of £14.00 end off. Then 7ths later a notice of threatening CCJ . No letters or emails asking for payments . Not even of how much I owed them phoned got off handed spech from someone how then told me they got me £14.00 and had to pay £5.3p threatening label action if I didn't. GOD DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. even out of boardem Awful trust Awful”

“I will never use this cowboy company again they go me £22 refund from provident then sent me a bill for £8.95 which I was happy to pay but due to a accident I had I told them soon as I was back in work this was 4 weeks ago now just had another message now with a warning of court proceedings taking someone to court for less than a tenner what a bloody joke even more so after me stating that I'd broken my leg resulting in me having surgery on it never will I ever do bissiness with this bunch of bullying cowboys STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT”

“If i could give no stars I would my mum seriously ill on hospital they keep harressing for they 41 pound even though they said it would be cancelled as she couldnt cash refund check absolutely shocking company avoid at all cost harressing a 74 year old severe dementia sufferer you shoukd be ashamed bring on the legal proceedings we are ready this end with our evidence and recordings”

“Don't touch these with a barge pole. Like others I was told I was getting cheque from provident set up direct debit but cancelled it as no cheque materialised. Told on the phone to ignore txt messages asking for payment by belmond themselves. Now getting emails saying they are taking me to court and I will incur more charges. This has stressed me out so bad. What do I do I haven't had the payment”

“Getting several messages and emails every day threatening to take legal action over 5.09.i have not received a payment from them regarding prvident but expect me to send them 5.09 out of my payment?.very rude and harassing.im wondering if this I a scam”

“Hate waking up to texts and emails for £56 if I’d known they were so desperate for it I would not Ave bothered , my priority bills are rent , council tax , food, gas and electric , I’m in between jobs as it is I don’t need there CONSTANT reminders wish I’d never had bothered to be hassled in so many ways”

“Kept getting emails from this company saying time is running out to accept their offer from provident otherwise i would loose out. I never replied as they wanted my bank details to set up a direct debit and take 30 pounds.I received a check for 80 pounds in the post which i never excepted in the first place, now im getting harassed with emails saying if i don't pay the 30 pounds will go up even more.”

“Idiots sorry but never put for any claim said I signed something on l8ne they sent email with signature is definitely not mine also constantly sending messages asking for a payment for service saying I received a cheque off provident now need to pay for their services why would I ask anyone I have to pay to get money I'm owed and no one listened and wonder why I got mouthy”

“Hi just annoyed I didn't realise but for ages belmond @co has been messaging me for ages saying about provident I forgot that I did send off a form ages ago but they didn't respond so I forgot about it I know provident owes lots of people money I thought it got done automatically to everyone then belmond messaged say they will invoice me £150 I got £419 back from provident I am not happy with these charges with living prices gone up and paying provident for years it doesn't seem worth it in the end”
