“Hello! On January 8 I made an online purchase in this store. I wrote a lot of emails asking about my order since I never got the follow-up or anything. I have even written to you on Instagram and you have not given me answers. And now you send me this saying that the order has already arrived. When I have been waiting for it for 2 weeks and I have no answer anywhere. I need you to have my money back. I need a solution now!!!”

“Absolutely appalling customer service. We ordered the socks and paid for next day delivery. The socks took a week to come and despite numerous phone calls and emails we have been unable to contact the company. Would never use them again and will be telling others about our experience.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Why? Because this has been an abysmal shopping experience, not worthy of a single star. I have received zero response to any of the 3 emails I have sent Bellfield support, regarding my order. They cancelled my order without my prompting or knowledge. Then they refuse to reply to my emails. Then I get an email asking for a review of the item I purchased. This would be hilarious if it wasn’t so pathetic. That’s when I discovered Bellfield Clothing’s company reviews here on “reviews.io”, over the past year, are atrocious: so many people have had a very bad experience with Bellfield Clothing. This was hands-down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had in more than 20 years of online shopping. I highly suggest steering clear of Bellfield Clothing.”

“Bellfield sent an email asking me to review. I paid for but never got my item. I called 4 times, left 4 voicemails, emailed 6 times. No response to anything. This was nearly a month ago. Safe to say they’ve got my money and I’ve got no item. Not one response from them. I was ripped off. Apparently Like many others. Please don’t make the same mistake as me. Do your research before using Bellfield.”

“I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still have no received order should of taken 48hrs. I have emailed several times with no response. Can someone please get back to me ASAP.”

“I placed an order and never received it. I contacted the courier and they had no shipment in their system with the tracking link Bellfield provided. I tried to communicate with Bellfield by mail and phone and I was waiting for someone to answer. Finally, after two months, a representative answered me by email with some excuses and no specific solution. Fortunately, Paypal solved the open dispute in my favor and I could get my money back. Awful experience.”
