“Very poor in a land where customer service rules, you guys are non starters. Order early December and received mail to say detached via 48 hour Royal Mail. Tracking number suggest Royal Mail have it but no sign weeks later, despite numerous mails to customer service not a squeak of a response”

“I bought 4 items from Bellfield. Only 3 arrived, a sweatshirt had a hand written X in biro on my delivery order & wasn't delivered. After 2 emails & a voicemail left I have still not received a reply, let alone a refund or the item I ordered. It was really unusual for Bellfield but a true reflection of how bad my experience was on this occasion”

“I requested a cancellation 5m after placing the order and still have no reply, this was on the 22th November, it’s the 17th and no items and no reply on my 2 emails and Klarna is requesting payment. Not happy”

“I placed an order at the end of November I was sent a dispatched email with tracking no but royal mail still haven't received package. I gave Sent numerous emails asking for details after about 3 or 4 days I got an email to say I'd received a refund on two of the items as they were out of stock that had apparently already been dispatched.....I emailed again asking where the rest of my order was to which I received an email saying now you've received your order needless to say I'm not impressed.”

“I ordered two hoodies at the end of November and have received confirmation of order and a dispatched notification but after multiple emails to you to ask for tracking details as it is no where to be seen, not one reply! I appreciate the strikes but it has nearly been a month and a simple reply from your team would be appreciated. I have also tried your phone number 3 times to which no one answers so am starting to wonder if you’re a real company?”

“Delivery much quicker than expected. Coat looked exactly like the picture. Overall quality seems really good and my son very happy with it. Son is 15yrs old and a very slim 6’ - the small was a perfect fit with plenty room for movement.”
