“I bought a full bathroom suite about 3 yrs ago as it was in the sale then I stored it for a Yr till I got a fitter . The flush has not worked properly and now I have noticed rust at the back of the bath taps and the bath taps are loose had to pay someone to come out to fix it and the flush I rang up a month ago told them about the flush but they insist I didn't get from them I haven't got receipt to prove it and they don't have me on there system I ordered the hudson reed with grey slipper bath and high flush they said I didn't but I know I did but can't do anything about it never again will I buy anything from them I will go back to bathroom store”

“*** Before you purchase from them, be aware of the bare minimum returns policy that might leave you hundreds of pounds out of pocket. *** I purchased an shower enclosure on Bella Bathrooms that didn't fit in the end. When I contacted Bella Bathrooms for the return, they told me I have 2 weeks to return the item. Quite the challenge when you're mid-renovation and you have to organise for a 2m tall bulky item to be returned to Durham. Unfortunately there were delays with the bulky delivery, hence I ran out of the 2 weeks. And even I spent over £100 on delivery, plus much of my time sorting the delivery delay, Bella Bathrooms have refused to refund my £500+ return, because the bulky item got there outside the 2-week window that is the bare minimum they need to provide by law. If you decide to purchase with them, be 100% sure that you will not have to return the item, otherwise you might end up like me: £600+ shorter and having spent much time and effort in vain organising the return...”

“Terrible. Bella Bathrooms don't adhere to legally required distance selling regulations. The law states you have 14 days to inform the retailer you wish to return an item. The law goes onto say the retailer has to allow a further 14 days for the item to be returned. 13 days after delivery I told Bella Bathrooms I wished to exchange an item as I'd got the wrong size. I was told they would only accept if I had it back to their site within 14 days of delivery, ie the next day. This is clearly a breach of the minimum requirements as outlined in consumer law. Since then they have ignored my emails.”

“would never buy anything from this company Don't use this company they are the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered a replacement toilet seat from their web site. The seat was literally taken from the box, compared to the existing one then put back in the box so is in mint condition. I contacted them and said I would return it and for a refund, even though I did not need a reason to return an online order under the consumer credit act. The company is refusing to refund me stating its there company policy. I am now taking legal action through my credit card company to recover the costs. If your looking for bathroom stuff steer clear of this lot they dont seem to follow the rules other do.”

“Terrible online experience They advertise and sell products online that they do not stock nor do they inform as to when they will receive stock, this after payment has been already made for the product Im awaiting feedback on order and atleast a refund for it for about a month now Dont buy from these scams”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Was sent a damaged bath with no supporting legs, they wouldn’t replace it. Customer service is diabolical and you can’t speak with a manager just a snotty receptionist”

“I ordered a toilet and sink. The toilet arrived broken and despite the box being opened in front of the delivery person who confirmed it was broken - the company refused to refund or replace. This was despite repeated requests. AVOID!! Mrs SH”

“Extremely unprofessional retailer and very rude staff. They had items in stock on the website. Happily took my order/money but a month later only partial order arrived. Called 5 times and emailed 3 times. (Seems like a common theme reading other reviews) Each time having to wait 30-60 mins in a queue. They expect you to keep wasting your time and calling them to chase order as they won’t respond to emails. On last call an extremely rude representative got into an argument with me accusing me that “I don’t care their team is off”. With all due respect, I have a job to do and have already waited a month. She refused to log a complaint, refused to process a refund straight away and refused to transfer me to a manager. I would highly recommend everyone stay away from such a cowboy setup and go with a more professional outfit that have a modicum of ethics and higher level of customer service about them. As a last resort I have now escalated this matter to Trading Standards. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not in the habit of leaving reviews however I felt the need to leave this in order to save others from the Trouble I went through.”

“A very poorly packaged bathroom cabinet was damaged in transit. The parcel was received by my builder so not opened/inspected within their required 7 day period for notifying of damage. Even though the issue was a result of inadequate packaging and not damage by the courier Bella Bathrooms refused any form of replacement or refund. Very disappointing as I could have bought the same unit more cheaply in B&Q.”

“I placed order several products . Call up few times to confirm the delivery date. They promised me to delivery items as committed. But one day before the delivery they send me an email saying they cannot delivery products”

“Great choice of quality products, staff are very helpful and are very polite, you can call the office and they are more than happy to help, unlike some of the other companies I called. Placed my order and are waiting on delivery this week, will update my review once I receive my goods.”

“Great service with lovely staff, this company really has gone over and above to help with my questions and ordering process, the girl really understood my concerns with the space i had to work with and helped me choose exactly what would be suitable for the small area, the goods all arrived in a timely manor and everything I received was in perfect condition, I was also very pleased with the price.”

“Do not use at all cost. Thieves who damage returned goods in order to not refund you. Delivery is so slow and no communication. if I could leave them no stars I would! Do not make the same mistake as me. Read all the reviews all had the same problem. Go to Victorianbathrooms4u instead they were amazing.”

“Terrible customer service item returned and they refused to refund. Because we could not prove that the tray was damaged in transit. Note when returning the item, we insured it but used the original packaging. When we tried to claim due to Bella bathrooms refusing to refund us we were told that the insurance would not pay. This is due to the original packaging not being adequate. Do not use this company, If there is any risk you may want to return an item. Below is a photo of the damage as well as damage to the box it was delivered in.”
