Misinformation on their website led me to buy a keg which was unsuitable for home use unless you had additional equipment (there was also no image of the actual product on the website so I had nothing to go on apart from the description and other customer queries). After having the keg delivered and seeing that it was impossible to use without a tap or pump I called Beer Hunter, unable to get through to anyone, I left a message and sent an email with screen grabs of the website page with the misinformation. A few days later I had a reply thanking me for pointing out the mistake on their website and I was advised that I could buy a party pump from amazon allowing me to use the keg. I emailed straight back explaining that I didn't want to spend even more money and I requested a return and I am still waiting for a resolution, I’ve called, emailled … still nothing … extremely poor customer service

Hi, I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment, I can see the correspondence between yourself and Customer Services and that they advised they would come back to you today. I can see you were happy to wait. Customer Services have left a voicemail for you and followed it up with an email. I am sorry the review was made before speaking to us.

Ordered 24 bottles of Duvel strong, but received Duvel blonde. My first order with beer hunter and they got it wrong. On a more positive note, it came in good time, and was a nice drink.

The offer stated free delivery! I was charged for delivery,probably go elsewhere next time.

Ordered the cloud water beer and glass set, beers which arrived were different to the ones advertised, I wasn't made aware of this prior to shipping to me, one wasn't even cloudwater, offered a 15% discount in return for keeping the unwanted beers. Won't be using again

Only received half my order. Then got notification to say second half had been dispatched. Check with DPD they don’t have my order. Beer hunter said I SHOULD have my order by the end of the week. Minimum delivery for complete order will be over 7 days working days

Still waiting for the beer to be delivered despite having received a message saying it would land last Thursday 7 April...so... can't really say much about how it tastes only that the service of getting it to me is pretty naff...

I nearly bought the official Erdinger stein which was described thusly "The real way to drink German beer. This sturdy glass Erdinger Stein holds 1 litre of Weissbier (or your other favourite Oktoberfest beer). However even though it is described as a "glass" it is infact made from plastic?!?! Not impressed, I also don't think the real way to drink any beer has ever been from a plastic beaker.

Good Morning, We clearly advertise all our products. When this item was available it was clearly advertised as being plastic. We do currently have other steins that are glass if you check out the website.

When delivered the package was damaged along with the gift wrapping. It was for a birthday gift and the replacement process required would take too long so had to keep it. Paid for next day delivery and it arrived a day late.

Terrible customer service! No response to 5 messages via email and social media and no sign of the order. Eventually got a refund but with no explanation or apology. Avoid at all costs!

Website stated next day delivery. Email received post-order stated 'same day' delivery. Order arrived after 5 days thus missing the birthday it was intended for. The company asked for evidence of same or next day delivery promises which I duly provided but it made no difference. I will not use them again.

It was sent the incorrect case of beer (have been sent the German beers rather than the lagers). After few emails exchanged it was agreed to send more 6 bottles and I’d pay the extra amount. But no action was done since Feb 25.

Ordered a case of beer for my partner for Valentine’s Day. Case arrived but not the beers that were listed on the website. No explanation given as to why, or was I contacted in any way to be offered an alternative. Called and emailed numerous times and never got any response whatsoever. Having looked at other people’s reviews, this poor level of customer service has been experienced by many. Would not order from this company again.

Placed order. Received confirmation. Received email that order was being despatched that evening via Yodel. 5 days later received email saying order was cancelled as Out of Stock. Checked webpage - 10 of the item in stock. Still waiting on PayPal refund. Shambles.
