What an impossible menu to try to cancel first I had to cancel my credit card and then I found they actually got the person I was giving the beer subscription to his credit card under the disguise to prove his age. Now it’s automatically renewing until my friend also cancels wow what an incredible journey of frustration. Recommend you avoid this company at all costs and just run the other way. They are also very slow to respond and each time I get a different person with a “cheery message”

Beer52 we’re very helpful. I emailed to ask them to cancel my subscription (Not the most convenient) but they did it strait away with no fuss. I will definitely use them again in the future for presents! 😀

I complained about an exploding can of raspberry stout and received a refund. Paul N, Amy R and Kirsty C were all helpful.

Scam! I took up the offer for a free sample then had £27 deducted the following month. Fair enough, I'd been caught out but when I tried to cancel it's impossible! you cannot cancel online, only through a phone number I was on the phone for 65 minutes without getting through. in the end I had to call my bank to block further transactions. I'm surprised Martin Lewis. money saving expert were promoting this scam. I did email them but just received a generic response. Be warned!

I tried beer52 by using a promo code, the beers arrived next day and they are really well curated. I spoke with Iannis and he was super knowledgeable about what beers were coming up in future boxes.

The company promises to smooth the cancellation process and pretend to care about customer service!. Do not trust them! No contact despite plenty of emails, no care about their customers! AVOID!!!

I recently had cause to query my order with Beer52 when the box I had ordered was somehow delayed through a delivery issue. I got in touch and an employee in their Customer Service department called Zen arranged for a new box to be sent out immediately, which was extremely helpful.

Great company accompanied with great service, had a postage issue but was resolved quickly and with ease. Unfortunately I have had to cancel my subscription only due to increasing living costs in the current climate. Maria, Natalie and Dale were very helpful and understanding, great service from them all. When the time comes and I can afford to continue I will come back. 5*

I very much enjoyed the monthly wine club. There is a great variety of wines alongside a great magazine talking you through the different wines and the regions they’re from, alongside other great content. The snacks were also great. when I wanted to postpone my next box, the customer service team were quick to respond and very helpful. Natalie was 5*

I had an excellent experience but unfortunately had to cancel my membership. The beers were great and came with unexpected snacks. The employees were all very helpful, particularly Iannis Barron who aided me with my membership throughout. Would highly recommend.

This company has the friendliest most helpful customer service I have ever experienced - from phone calls and e mails over the course of my subscription, Dale, Alex and Felix have all been lovely to deal with. The beer’s pretty good too! 😁

Very good beer some of them are a bit weird tasting and strong, but the most are nice and refreshing, tad expensive for how many you get. Also great customer service from Natalie and Kirsty C.

Had some broken bottles in my delivery. Customer service responded very quickly with a credit note, no questions asked. Felix was very helpful! As a customer felt very appreciated. At a time when we are all looking at the luxuries that we can cut, the customer service I have received will ensure that I look at the less customer friendly luxuries before I think about Beer52. Plus, the beers are great. Please keep it up!

I had an issue with a failed delivery of one months box due to an issue with the delivery service. Natalie, Paul and Kirsty were involved in sorting out the issue which resulted in everything getting sorted out.
