“Thank you BeenMissold! I have just received a large payout from my bank with your help. Although the bank dragged their feet, the dedicated and professional staff at BeenMissold regularly chased my case up until it was resolved. They were friendly and communicated all information clearly and promptly so that I knew exactly what was going on. Excellent result!”

“I was contacted by missold who after verifying both mine and my husbands details mentioned that we may be contacted by our bank and just to ignore any questions they may ask (which didn't happen) and I didn't hear any more till my refund landed in our account and we received an email from been missold congratulating us on the success of our claim and sending us a bill for their fees could not have been simpler.”
