Watch arrived well packed and on time but with missing documentation that for a watch that cost over £3k is not good. Emailed customer service and was told to send the watch back so a replacement could be ordered however, this is a limited edition watch that is sold out everywhere so I asked that if I sent it back could they guarantee to source a replacement but Rachel from customer service choose not to answer this question. I then called the 0800 number but after 30mins on hold had to give up. I only ordered the watch from BeaverBrooks as it had sold out everywhere else and I can see why others choose to use more reputable jewellers. Anyways, first time using BEAVERCROOKS and the last.

Bought a sapphire and a diamond ring for my wife for our 45th anniversary and took it back after 2 weeks because the claws on the ring were pulling threads from whatever my wife wore. She ruined at least 4 dresses. Took the ring back to the store in Bracknell, Lexicon, not for refund but to get it sorted and the gentleman, who served me was so arrogant and simply refused to do anything about the ring. When I persisted he said take it to a private jeweller to get it repaired. This service is disgraceful, the staff are all over you when they want to sell you the product but when anything goes wrong, they are so rude and arrogant. Will never shop there again. I’m in my seventies and have never had any jeweller behave like this, would advise people to think twice before shopping there again.

My boyfriend bought me a Dimond ring soon after It was catching and the claw was lose, they said it had to go to Canada for repair, It was then lost months went by , I complained and picked another ring, I have had this 2 years and hardly wore it as I work for NHS and rings are not allowed, I noticed a Diamond has fallen out and it’s gone out of shape a little , Again it been sent away to see why , the lady said may be down to wearing it , what rubbish it Coast £4,000 And hardly used , I would never buy anything from this shop ever again , and I have always used Beaverbrooks for years their rings are not well made and you should be able to wear a diamond engagement ring every day with worry about it , I am so Angry and upset 2 rings both faulty and hardly used.

Went to Basingstoke shop with a broken chain still under warranty. Sinead was so lovely, kind and helpful. She gave us options for a replacement or longer chain. She didn’t rush us. All the staff seemed friendly but thank you Sinead. You’re a star.

The actual branch of Beaverbrooks I use is really good and friendly staff. My problem is with insurance I bought to cover an expensive ring and them refusing to replace the ring even though it is covered for Loss they are saying its not covered. I have provided all documentation requested (Police report, Lost Propery report etc) so it is ongoing with me appealing their decision. Shocking service, all I want is my ring replaced as the stated in the policy when sold to me.

Beaverbrooks were so helpful with us today in Exeter, their customer service was fabulous....such a lovely touch putting a little birthday note on my purchase.....looking forward to shopping with you again.

I was served by Kayleigh at the Newcastle Eldon sq stall. She was very understanding, professional and knowledgeable and I was confident in my purchasing decision as a result. Love my platinum wedding band, can't wait to wear it forever :) thanks very much Kayleigh, you are brilliant at what you do!

Bought a watch from Beaverbrooks and the Crystal broke after a month. Spoke to Customer Services and they said send it back. When they got it back they said it was accidental damage. The watch was a present and was not used. No way was it accidental damage. On reaching reviews of this company I noted that this is an excuse they use quite frequently. With Beaverbrooks the customer is not right they are. The customer is a liar. Avoid Beaverbrooks. Their customer service is awful.

Extremely professional and reliable service. Customer service are very polite informative and helpful. I cannot fault this company. I’ve done business with them twice now. Price was good as well. Packaging is excellent as is the dispatch process.

Today is my mom's birthday and unfortunately I had to make a last minute gift - which she ended up not liking. Thus, I ended up returning the necklace the same day I purchased, in order not to waste time. The way the staff member, who served me, reacted was unacceptable - I do not know if it was for the colour of my skin or anything else but the atmosphere was very unwelcoming both during the purchase and return. The necklace was checked extra carefully as if it had been swapped or something. I felt mortified and definitely never going to buy anything else from here. Teach your staff not to judge people based on their appearance and color of their skin. Everyone should feel welcomed when entering a store. I am appalled!!

I highly rate Beaverbrooks. I have just purchased a Tag 2020 Connect wristwatch. Ordered Sat 27th June 2020 19.30 process was smooth as silk. Had an email last night saying watch would arrive Sunday 28th June but would not know what time until 11 am next morning. Had a text saying delivery between 10 am and 11 am. 10.04 door knock. Package arrived in a sealed bag and heavily packaged in a box with the standard Tag gift box wrapped in six sheets of Beaverbrook wrapping paper to protect the watch from damage.. Superb. Thank you Beaverbrook superb service. DPD were brilliant. This is the third watch from Beaverbrook and it won’t be the last. Thank you for a great experience.

The DERBY team are amazing so friendly every time I go in ! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Had my engagement ring from there and also found an amazing wedding band from the Derby store too. What makes the experience for me is each and every one of the team at the derby store they really have fantastic costumer service. Will defiantly pick this shop to buy any future jewellery the experience leading up to my wedding choosing wedding band and getting my engagement ring fixed when I had a tiny Dimond unfortunately come out was extremely good and kept me informed (even in lockdown) what was happening with my engagement ring. well if i had read some of these reviews they may have put me off but i didnt, so i ordered a Tag watch Saturday evening, took 5 minutes to do the finance and Monday the watch arrived as described. Great watch, great communication from Beaverbrooks and also the courier company. I very rarely leave reviews but was so impressed with the overall service i thought i should. Excellent

I went to Maidstone Beaverbrooks today to collect a ring that was ordered in for me ... due to Canterbury store being closed down ! I must say the staff are excellent in there ,especially Lauren .... her professionalism and service is spot on , she makes you feel Special , and recognised me from my visit before , they don’t rush you or pressurise you to buy .... extremely impressed, can’t say I ever felt like that from the Canterbury branch x
