“Purchased Dermalogica eye cream. The smell was awful (beautician said old Stock) so I asked to return. After finally responding (3 emails sent) they said to return and they would refund or replace. They have now said they didn’t receive the return and will not do anything so I have lost over £60! DO NOT USE you will be ripped off! Shame on you Beauty flash!”

“Please please don't order from this company..... Customer service is woeful.... Worst company I've ever dealt with... I'm waiting a refund of over 200 pounds now 6 weeks I'll be reporting to my credit card company....”

“I've been a faithful customer of Beauty Flash for the 11 years. I was always happy with the orders and the delivery timeframe. But it all went wrong with the last order I placed on the 31st march 2021. Emma Mylum used to be part of the customer service team, and she was always very prompt and excellent at her job. She has now unfortunately left. I received an item that had leaked all over the box in my last order. 4 weeks and 3 days later and after exchanging several emails with them, still no replacement product, no apologies and no goodwill gesture. The service has definitely gone down in their list of priorities. I will not be buying from them ever again.”

“So far I didnt receive my order, they dont want to give me a tracking number, only say that its been sent. I so much regret I didnt see the bad reviews before, I am pretty sure I wont receive anything :( BEWARE and dont purchase from there, if I can safe someone from this it will be good.”

“If can put ZERO star, I would rate it. Please BEWARE. DON'T order from this website, item never arrived, my order is £60, they did provide me a tracking number, and got an e-mail said my item has been delivered. BUT I never got it. ask the Royal Mail delivery lady in person on the next day, she said there is no tracking parcel delivery on that day. Found this company review from other website, there is same case like me before. That's mean this is not the 1st time. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!”

“I have placed an order on the 28 November, 2017 and whilst I understand that this is a busy period and I live outside the UK, my annoyance is that customer service do not even answer emails. I had written 3 times just asking for confirmation that my order was despatched but no reply has been forthcoming. I do not think this is good customer service at all!”
