“As I'll be 40 next year I felt it was time to start looking at skincare make-up regimens that complemented me - i.e. not vlogs by beautiful woman in their twenties talking about disguising dark under eye circles and wrinkles (where were they?!) I did a little research and discovered a matte look and black eyeliner was beginning to look harsh on me. the matte powders would collect in the faint creases under my eyes, emphasising them - and my foundations, concealers and bronzers were beginning to look cakey. Definitely time for a change. I came across Katie's tutorials and Beauty and the Boutique quite by accident. What REALLY appealed to me was a number of factors: (1) Katie's tutorials: all free to watch and showing how many of their products are multi-use. (2) The first purchase I made was the 'Blossom primer' which is my go-to primer every day. It really gives a more delicate, dewy, youthful appearance worn under liquid foundation. (3) The B& the B Team: I have now purchased around 8 products and every time I thank them, they respond in such a wonderful way that makes me truly feel like a special and valued customer. Hands-down the BEST customer service I have encountered during my hunt for a new make-up regime, which includes many big named companies. So far my favourite purchases are the 'Blossom primer'. This, and the others stated will be re-purchased time and again. Daniel Sandler 'water-based blush in the universal hue that suits everybody - 'Passion' - just beautiful! Eye of Horus eyeliners. Wow! I bought the 'Nubian Brown' and 'Amethyst' and they are amazing. They glide on so easily and don't drag the eyelid at all. I'm even beginning to master applying eyeliner to the upper water-line instead of the lid itself (you'll see tutorials). It was tricky at first, but after around 3 attempts, following Katie's directions, I'm nearly there and what a difference it makes!! Leaving the whole of the eyelid bare to do whatever you choose re eyeshadow or just a nude base. This is a revelation to me! The Daniel Sandler 'Contour Pallet' is well worth a mention too. The dark section isn't overly dark so you can build up the product to your preference (don't forget to 'tap-tap' excess product off your brush!) Now I'm waiting on 'NIOD Photography Fluid' coming back in to stock as that will definitely be my next purchase (I'm also considering the 'NIOD serum'.) Sorry this has turned in to such a long review, but the truth is, I haven't purchased 1 product that I have been disappointed in. I have received wonderful compliments from my husband and 6 women I work alongside since I started my new look!! As an aside, the fact that Katie developed the awful skin condition, psoriasis, at the same age as I did (18) also attracted me to the company. I figured that as a make-up artist, and Katie does state that's what led her into skincare and make-up artistry, that she would know her stuff. She has certainly proven me correct!! B & the B will now ALWAYS be my first port of call for skincare and make-up purchases. Thank you all SO much, you have a new devoted customer and I wish you all the best for the future. Sara xx”

“I just received my first order today and it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful, for lots of reasons. I saw an ad on Facebook and clicked on it because I’m a nosey person lol. First of all, I was taken by how personable Katie is. Her enthusiasm is just infectious. She grabbed my attention right away. A natural beauty, but she is not afraid to bare her face to let us see how each product can transform the look. Not many women would be comfortable on camera sans make-up! She explains each product in turn, why she endorses it, shows you how to apply it, then you get to see a before and after look. A box arrived today and I was delighted on opening it. Each product had been lovingly and carefully wrapped with care. Beautifully presented, which added to the experience. I have not tried any of the products yet. I’m not going out today so want to give my skin a break and I don’t want to waste any of my precious new purchases. What’s not to love? Fantastic! ❤️”

“I love this company. I found it on Facebook and was slightly dubious but having seen good reviews I decided to give it a try. Deliveries are always pretty swift (even in lockdown) and I love that you can email them for advice re what products or shades to use and you always get a quick & informative response. I can't comment on returns and refunds as I've not needed any. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for innovative and cruelty free products you won't find on the High Street”

“As a first time sceptical customer who has never spent more than a tenner on makeup that I keep for years and rarely wear any anyway. But I needed something to feel a bit fresher and concealers or foundation weren't cutting it. So this was last ditch, spent over £25 on one product, the Veil Correction Fix, for the first time ever. It arrived and didn't work initially, but emailed my problem and they gave me advice and then it worked and it was amazing! It was the one product I wanted to be able to make me look a bit less tired and worn out before I walk out the door. It's like a concealer, foundation and a powder all in one, that covers all the bits I wanted. I walk out the door feeling superb!! Thank u so much, my scepticism was misplaced, thank u!!”

“I regularly use this site to buy products, and it's by far superior to any other site I use. Their customer service is out of this world, they always get back to you with the answer (and more) and whatever I buy comes wrapped in the most lovely packages with love heart sweets. I use their facebook page all the time, to get advice on beauty mainly but Katie who runs is does brilliant tutorials online, from fashion to beauty to mental health... and her passion and warmth shines through. I never write reviews but in this case I have decided to, especially in these weird times. Postage is free, I regularly buy a certain product so they are my go to supplier. Some of the products can be costly but that's not through them pricing them high - that's just what the recommended brands charge. And it's nice to treat yourself now and then anyway. I can't recommend B&TB enough.”

“I’m not rendered speechless very often but I am in shock right now!! I follow the cutest little company @beautyandtheboutique In December I commented on a thread that I would love to get their products for my birthday. I got a lovely message that day saying they would be happy to send me some for my birthday. Did I mention they are in the UK and I’m in the US? Well my birthday came and went and I didn’t really think they would remember...but YES! They were beautifully wrapped and it was abundantly clear to me just how much Katie and her team love what they do. The support given for how to apply the products is amazing - it honestly feels like having my own personal make-up artist at my fingertips. “This company is fab. I re ordered the blush ( I ordered all of the products from a Katie masterclass, used it everyday since and had run out) but I ordered the wrong colour. I flagged this with the Beauty and the Boutique team, who not only replied the same afternoon ( brill) but said they’d send it to me completely free as a gift ( how completely lovely!) I, however, said I insisted on paying ( it’s an independent business, tough old time atm for businesses, and let’s not forget completely my error!). What followed was a lovely and bizarre exchange wherein they really wanted to still send it all free. They finally and reluctantly yielded but I felt compelled to write a sparkling review of my whole experience. I love their products, great quality and very reasonably priced- ( I mean I was here re ordering a product I love using , and have friends who have also bought from them having seen me wearing their stuff). And the customer service is a real cut above. A genuinely brilliant company and wonderful team! Well done and thank you 👏 👏 👏 ❤️”

“This is a such a fab company. I re ordered the blush from one of Katie’s master class ( I ordered the whole bunch originally after watching her video, loved it used it everyday and ran out).
