“I ordered my usual face cream from here as seen it was cheaper. I’ve been using it for years and it’s a lovely cream with absolutely no scent! The one I have received from Beauty expert absolutely stinks- it has a weird smell of chemicals and GARLIC!!!! It can’t be a legit product ! Won’t buy from here again”

“Appalling absolutely appalling tried everything way to sort it out Emails, phone calls, filled in forms. Contacted pay pal. £150.80 out of pocket, nothing arrived! Absolutely nothing! I am furious, really furious, that’s a whole weeks pension for me! I want to scream.”

“I ordered a shower gel from beautyexpert.com, all I can say is I read the reviews and was nervous but took the punt. Well it arrived all the way from the UK to my home in NZ on the last day of the expected delivery dates. Fedex couriered it to me. I am very happy with the product and the company.”

“I ordered maybe 4 days ago and its already at my house?? Such fast delivery and the product came with no damage, although the packaging was a bit ripped. Will 100% be buying my skincare products from here all the time :)”

“I ordered this product in late December around Christmas of 2021, in the email it said it would arrive from 24th Jan - 28th Jan. It is now February 28th and still no package?? It gives me said tracking number and when I go and put it in the link it gave me for the courier tracking it said nothing was found. They are also saying that my order has been processed but it has said that since I ordered it. Do not order from them, wish I listened to the reviews.”

“I had 1 item left off dispatch for delivery, it sat there for ten days until I queried it. Turns out it was cancelled in error. They told me it was a “pricing issue” yet they still are advertising it as available. The only way to get it is to reorder and pay full price (I originally bought the item at 15% discount as my total spend on my order qualified for the discount). Absolutely shocking customer service and they don’t take any responsibility.”

“MINUS 1* !! ALL THE REVIEWS WHO GAVE ONE STAR ARE TRUE IN EVERY WAY! I experienced the same treatment from this company! Took money ( over £500!) NO GOODS WHERE DELIVERED ! No customer phone line although automated message assures opening times mon-fri 8-8 NOT SO ! After four weeks I handed the „claim for my refund“ over to my Bank !!! PLEASE DO THE SAME IF YOU FIND YOURSELF WITH NO GOODS BUT YOUR MONEY TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT! My credit card provider got me my refund within two days !! The company should NOT BE ALLOUD TO OPERATE AFTER SO MANY BAD REVIEWS! I don’t ever leave bad reviews I always take it up with the company itself if I am feel I had bad service BUT IN THIS CASE I WILL WRITE A BAD REVIEW AND URGE EVERYONE NOT TO GIVE THEIR MONEY AND TRUST TO BEAUTY EXPERT ! EXPERT IN WHAT ????? Defaulting on delivery and on refunding customers their money???”

“I don’t even want to give them a one shocking customer service my product came faulty and website wouldn’t let my upload photos so I couldn’t show proof and they kept sending me automated messages then said it wasn’t a fault and it was personal preference but the eyeliner I ordered was patchy, sheer and looked horrible. The company that sells the eyeliner directly even thought it was faulty but couldn’t do anything as I purchased it from beauty expert.”

“Do not recommend buying from this site. Never heard from them after placing order and never received any replies to my emails trying to find out where my products were, if they had been shipped or a tracking number. Products arrive after 1 month and the 2 x L'Oreal tinted foundation bottles are unsealed. Very quick to take your money but absolutely zero customer service and then to receive unsealed foundation bottles.”

“This whole experience was great. I honestly bought The Ordinary AHA/BHA peeling solution. After seeing alot of fakes & whatnot online, from what i could see Beauty Expert sold the real thing. However i look at reviews and they werent great but I decided to bite the bullet & order. It only cost $12.95 AUD and so i thought even if it does fold, i wont loose out. But everything was great ! My order came, when i had received no confirmation email i got in contact on the chat & someone called Angel helped me & everything was fine. Overall very very happy with my experience and 100% recommend all the way from Australia ! ❤️”

“Total scam, the advertising said 20% discount on first purchase, it was not applied, and whrn followed up they refused to apply it, with the excuse there were exclusions (which they did not communicate prior to the purchase)”

“Package came quick, was very excited... package came and it looks absolutely fake. No packaging and no seal on the l’oreal sky high mascara... there is a tiny barcode on the bottle which looks like it’s just been placed to make it look 1% more legit. The bottle is very light and feels like there is absolutely nothing in it. God knows what’s actually in it. Wish I looked at reviews before purchasing. Do not buy”

“I ordered the new L’Oréal sky high mascara it came out of its packaging, not even a seal tape. Won’t be using it as I don’t know if it’s clean. Very disappointed”
