customer service doesn’t even exist. i’ve tried to contact them for 2 months and still had no response. my parcel hasn’t even arrived

Rang the door bell aggressively before I could get my dressing gown on and to the front door he was in his car driving off. I shouted give people a chance. He reversed his car shouted "What!?" Proceeded to tell me "Its corona we dont have to wait... just open your door you stupid b****!" I asked who he worked for he said himself Then drove off!

Ordered £50 worth of beauty bay products , Hermes notified that my haul had been delivered and put in a safe place , no attempt was made to knock on the door , my car was in the drive way as-well. Myself and my sister was home. Hermes took a photo of my haul package at the safe place, however when I went to go check not even 10 mins later my haul packaging was no where to be seen !!! Shocking customer service , you cannot get in contact with beauty bay. Hermes, you need to sort out your employees.

I agree with the other experience that the customer service is diabolical! When I was buying something I did not realize the shipping address until the moment I received the proof of purchase and saw the address. Without wasting time, immediately, I sent them an email - since there is no telephone service - and the response was quick but with no intention to help the client: “We have requested to amend your order with the warehouse.  However, please kindly be aware that once an order has been successfully placed on site the warehouse work very quickly to process the orders for dispatch. Once the picking and packaging process has started an order cannot be amended.  This is a best endeavour request and we cannot guarantee that your order can be amended at this time.” I understood guys, however I am wonder: between receiving the email order verification, writing to them, and receiving this response, less than 15 minutes passed (I have the conversation of the emails). So I congratulate you for the speed of the service since I haven’t seen in my 47 years any service so fast in less than 15 minutes: receive email, review the order data, search for the items, check before send, pack and send it to the destination. How is it possible that within 15 minutes you can do all that? Are you kidding me? Also, there was no way to change the address because it was already sent? I kept sending several emails to see how we can solve it since I do not live there anymore, besides the place is very far from where I am living now -but no provision to fix it, or the intention to find an alternative, anything!! Result: today I received an email confirming that my order has arrived at its destination -which means, at the previous address that I no longer live there, and I don't know who lives there now! Thank you for the zero solution, loss of money, and giving the order to someone that I don't know even who he is. You are diabolical!

If you have problems with your order then you are basically screwed. I had an order delivered where an expensive exfoliator has spilt all over the parcel, leaving maybe 30% left in the bottle. Three other items were also missing. I emailed several times over a week, spoke to 3 different people, every single one asked me to send photos and then never responded. Eventually they offered me a 40% refund on the exfoliator which obviously isn't acceptable, and asked me to send photos of the box delivered, even though it was 10 days later. At every turn they have been incredibly unhelpful and so frustrating it's made me want to throw my laptop across the room. I would stick with LookFantastic or FeelUnique, who are brilliant at customer service and offer similar deals and discounts. Will never order from BeautyBay again, it's taken years off my life.

Beauty Bay have given me some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Firstly I did an order of 2 x face serums, I then received an email a few days later saying that my parcel hasn’t been delivered because it’s damaged. There was no explanation of what next steps I could take, if I would be getting a refund/ I should reorder etc. I contacted their customer service team via email twice and received no reply. 10 days later, half of the parcel arrived so I only received 1 serum. I then managed to finally complain to beauty bay via twitter(??) and was met with hostility, I sent a picture of my half parcel that had arrived and explained I was upset because I ordered the parcel for a mother’s day present and the experience had been appalling. Instead of sending a new version of the missing serum out, they just refunded me (but only for the price of the serum and not postage), so I had to reorder the serum and essentially pay postage twice! This whole process has lacked communication from Beauty Bay and Hermes, and I barely feel my complaints were read let alone understood. Will never be ordering from Beauty Bay again.

Bought a scarf, opened the package and saw that it was much too short. Immediately re-packaged everything and asked for a refund. Was advised that because I had opened the plastic packaging covering the scarf (!) I was not allowed a refund. Online purchases are covered by the consumer contracts regulations. It is funny how during the covid pandemic this company tries their best to lie to their customers. You cannot by law decide to not refund someone for a piece of clothing unless you believe it was handled more than it would have been if it was bought in a shop. To make matters worse, you have to constantly chase this company's customer service team to get anywhere. Don't waste your money, plenty of better companies out there!!

Ordered from them on 25th Feb. On 1st March tracking updated to ‘mis sort by carrier’ and hasn’t updated since. Finally got an update today on 8th March to say the parcel was being returned to Beauty Bay with no explanation why. Terrible company

I cancelled my order in just 6 minutes and they ended up telling me that it had already been dispatched. Like .. excuse me? Plus I think their browser had an issue cause I accidentally order different products than the ones that I had placed in my cart, that's why I cancelled the order in the first place. When I told them in the last email that it's impossible that it had already been dispatched and it was their fault since I immediately had cancelled, they never replied.

I have placed my order on Feb 10th and never got my items. Tracking info is not updated since Feb 18th. I have emailed 5 times to customer service and no response regarding my order. Such a bad service. My $105 is wasted. Don't buy from their site.

Still waiting for my order 😣 tracking not updating. They use herme's delivery service. No one is helping me to find out where my parcel is says it got dispatched but tracking now stuck and not updating I just want my money back now. 😐😮😴😢😢

Same issue they charged 25.00 extra (Scam!!) for express shipping showed up 3 weeks later !! Do Not purchase this item from them !!

Made an order. Said it was to be delivered in 2-3 days. I was not given a tracking number. Then when I went to message them 2 weeks later, they said it would be late.. 10 more days.. which is fine.. i understand during these difficult times there will be delays. I messaged again last week and was told that my order was re sent back to the company and that there was nothing they could do about it. Said I got a refund.. but I dont have the refund yet. I think this company is a scam and fake. Do not buy from them.

I've ordered a handful of times from them, and their "next day" delivery always takes up to a week as they use Hermes. In this most recent order its been a week and all they can say is that they're waiting to hear back from Hermes. Customer service is generally helpful; however I've rated one star as their Twitter team are so rude! After sending two DMs I got a reply from somebody called Hannah, saying "Please be aware that this is not an instant messaging service." In my opinion there's no need to be rude or snarky, particularly when dealing with a frustrated customer who hasn't received the items or service they paid for! As a result of Hannah's poor attitude it's sadly unlikely I'll bother shopping with Beauty Bay again. :(

Purchased a lip pencil - very poor quality does not draw clear crisp line just a smudgy one - complete waste of money
