I placed an order back in October 2022 and still have not received either the parcel itself or my refund. they are fighting against me to refund me when they are the ones who are incapable of running a company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE I made an order and 6 items were missing a whole bundle !!! €40 quid waste been waiting over a month now for a refund been emailing every couple of days and using their bot through the app to get in touch absolutely disgraceful. Taking peoples money. The customer service is terrible they sent me points to use through their app and also said they’d refund me for the points didn’t get my money which is the main reason I’m upset. I’ve used their makeup palettes by their own brand and I love them but I definitely won’t be ordering from them in the future such a disappointment. I left the space blank where it says how long did it take for your refund as I still haven’t received mine. It’s sad as I do like their makeup but their customer service is rubbish

Received my eye pallette order within 2 weeks of ordering with normal shipping costs internationally & it arrived in perfect order with no damage at all. Was very happy with my purchase.

Never received order after 34 days. They refused to refund me saying there was no tracking number to prove undelivered. Hello? Beauty Bay is responsible for providing accurate tracking when they ship out the order- Dont blame customer for never getting a accurate tracking number which would also prove customer never received order. Also NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE & 10 DAY EMAIL AVERAGE RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS THEY WONT EVEN FIX. So do yourself a favor and be forewarned if you order from Beauty Bay that you may not get order, nor a tracking number, nor a refund when order doesnt come in mail.

I ordered on the 7th of November, eVri saying they delivered on the 11th but I was in the house and no knock. Manage to get in contact with eVri straight away with no issues there and they said the parcel was unaccounted for. Great. I email Beauty Bay and go through a painful back and fourth with them, where I had to sign a waver which was threatening prosecution if I was lying. (even though eVri had already said the parcel was unaccounted for..) Had to go back and fourth numerous times so I signed the waver 'correctly,' one time being because I changed one of the words to say 'see signature above' because I signed above and not below. (absolutely ridiculous if you ask me) Then finally they said they'd start investigating (at this point it was the 24th!) and that it'd take a few weeks. I decided I would scrap that and asked for a refund instead. They then said it'd take 5-10 working days for it to process. Fast forward to the 9th of December.. No money. I emailed Beauty Bay (obviously livid at this point) again asking for my money back, to which they decided to not respond! Went through my bank and they refunded me immediately because it was so obvious I was due one. What a nightmare. Shame as I would've ordered a lot from them, but I just wouldn't risk the delivery and having to deal with their shocking customer service. They don't even have a number either. Disgraceful.

I have waited a month for my products that haven’t turned up. I’ve emailed, dm’d tweeted everything and all I get is a message about how busy they are. Terrible customer service!!!! Now having to fight for a refund… if I ever receive a reply!

Do not shop with this company. Was waiting 2 weeks for my parcel - which then had missing items and I’ve now been waiting a further 3 weeks for a refund that they told me was put in my bank 2 weeks ago. Do not waste your money

Worst experience ever. No contact information. They told me my product is unavailable and they will only deliver a hand cream that is less than half the price of the shipment and when the package arrived the delivery company asked for extra money. Will never use this website ever again

I buy from Beauty Bay A LOT, like at least 3 times a month. I have only ever had one issue, whereby a mascara I ordered was not sent out, so they emailed me about the error and offered a 15% discount code. After a few days, it still hadn't arrived, so I emailed them. They replied within a few days and said they would refund the cost. Every other time I have ordered, it has come the next day, in good condition, and wonderfully packaged.

I wish to give zero score and a massive thumbs down to this company. Happy to take your money but drag their feet to issue a refund. Purchase at your own risk!!! As it will be a lucky dip if you receive what you ordered, and for it to be not faulty. I purchased two HairBurst vitamins in the sale. One box was opened. The second did not come in a box, the seal was opened, and the barcode had been relabelled; therefore old stock. Emailed with photographs straight away upon receiving my order. I was told I would be issued 10% refund for one, and a full refund for second which arrived opened. Please allow 10 working days, even though the transaction was with PayPal which should only take no more than 48 hours to be processed FYI! Nothing was processed to date after numerous emails.

Placing the order was simple, but the delivery driver dumped my package on my drive and when I returned from work it was not there. I guess someone had stolen it. I contacted Beauty Bay regarding this and i after two week of constant emails I am still trying to get a refund. The delivery driver had taken a photo of the package on the drive so there was evidence that it had not been delivered. I would not use BeautyBay as their after sales customer service is dire.

Beauty bay has a very bad security regarding payments. You can pay there with a stolen card. It happened to us. Our card was hacked and used on that store multiple times. There is no problem to pay, it doesn’t ask for any security code, there is no other security checks in the bank and the card got charged instantly. Would not recommend at all. A scam.

Been arguing with customer service for about 2 months over 2 packages I told them to cancel. They were still delivered and was instructed to refuse them to be sent back. I did and they still won't give me a refund or acknowledge that I don't have the packages anymore. Now I have to dispute this with my credit union since the company won't do anything but argue with me

I don’t normally write reviews but I really wanted to warn others about this company! I ordered a pair of expensive curling irons from beauty bay however when they arrived I discover that they had sent me a less expensive similar looking pair in the box which contained the manual/ instructions of the more expensive curling irons that I had ordered and paid for! I immediately contacted their customer service team requesting that they send me the ones that they had taken payment for! They continued to decline even though this was quite clearly fraud on their part!! and it was only after seeking legal advice that they finally agreed to exchange them for the ones that I should of received! Unfortunately my correct order did not arrive on time and I returned them requesting a full refund Which I have still not received to day !!! I continue to send them countless emails requesting my refund getting the same response of it could take up to 14 days!!! Even though 14 days has lapsed!!! DON’T ORDER FROM BEAUTY BAY!!
