“OK so I brought a Groupon voucher for cut blow dry tsection of highlights for 32.00 instead of £80. Good deal. Asked to come in earlier then original appointment time but was left waiting for around 10 minutes. Eventually got asked how I wanted my hair cut. Showed a photo although they still got a magazine for me to show them what style I wanted.. Was also asked if I wanted a toner for extra £22 which I thought was odd. Never been asked that in a salon before. I said no as I have always had highlights that were fine with my color without a toner. Heard them asking the same question to other customers. A way to bump up the price!!! Then after my highlights were done and hair had been washed my stylist went of came back and said as I wanted a complete restyle it is an extra £10. I found this very odd. Another way to bump up the price!!! Nothing about this in terms and conditions on Groupon. Highlights looked great. Hairstylist lovely but cut my hair far to short so I was really upset. I am not saying the cut was rubbish just that she cut it far to short when I made a point of saying not to short a bob. I had previously had pedicure a few weeks earlier again with Groupon and the same thing happened with if you do this or that it's extra. Again to bump up price. I worked this out pound wise and by time they try to add toner and restyle costs you will be paying almost the full original price. Not a very good tactic or professional. I have never ever been asked extra for a complete restyle in any salon I have ever been to or suggested a toner on top of the highlights. I could see the women next to me getting upset about being told that she would need a toner as her hair was quite yellow. My wasn't. In fact my stylist kept commenting on how lovely my color was and then went on to ask the exact color. Very friendly but I felt a bit false with some. No I won't go back.”

“They are based in Dorset, and have exclusive beauty products, such as Decleor, and Dermalogica, which is one of my favourites.... They sell these products a bit cheaper than my local beauty salon, which is a big bonus....!!”
