“I placed an expensive order on 18 December. The web site said delivery would be around 8 January. I had an order acknowledgement and my payment was taken on 18 December. Since then nothing. I emailed to find out what was going on but got a reply on 11 January saying I would get a response within 3-4 days and not to email again as I would go back to the back of the queue. Still nothing. I am about to report this to PayPal if no further contact. Shocking service!”
