“Received my table light that was faulty, reported this to customer service which you have to wait 7days for someone to come back to you 😡. The lights was collected, id asked for a refund but 4days later I received an e-mail to say a new light was on its way😡. It’s now been over 2months and still no refund. You can not speak to anyone on the phone and have to wait 7 days for any responses the customer service is an absolute joke!!!”

“A week after ordering my product I had received no information about delivery so I contacted customer services. Their response time is 2 to 7 days. After 5 days I received a reply to say my product would be dispatched at end of the week. A few days later I received an email to say the advertised cost of the item was incorrect and I could not have it for the price I paid. They asked me if I wanted to pay the extra but before I could reply my order was cancelled.. I am waiting for a refund and don’t know how long this will take as my emails have not been responded to. Customer services from this company is appalling and I won’t be buying from them again.”
