“Would give zero if could, gave me different clients information instead of mine, and hung up on me mid-way through conversation, rung back and jack answered and confirmed all the details for me, good lad, keep it up! TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER BE WISER, THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!”

“useless, my father was in an accident and was sent back and forth with this company, the people we spoke to had no clue and extremely unhelpful. they told us the policy included certain things and then back tracked and said it wasn't there responsibility. 21 phone calls later and this issue is still not resolved.”

“Be Wiser was my chosen insurer for my first year of driving having just passed my test. Finding insurance was stressful, with premiums ranging from £1.5-4k! Be Wiser wasn't 'cheap', but was the best value I could find (£1492). They contacted me originally as I had completed a quote online, and they were able to reduce the premium a little which was helpful. I had a black box fitted which was easy to arrange. However, documents were slow to come via email and I had to contact them to ask for log-on details to access my driving record. It seemed as if they'd forgot to send them which made them look very unprofessional when I was spending nearly £1,500 on insurance! Overall it wasn't an amazing experience, but the adviser on the phone was helpful and there were no major issues.”

“Had the plug in device and it stopped working and when I rang them they said they would send me a new device week went y then they cancled my insurence just after they had over £350 off me not good wouldn't recommend to anyone they rip u off .”

“whilst browsing on compare ni one of the lowest quotes was BE WISER,after closing browser my phone rang and it was be wiser,my insurance was due for renewal on 6/12/17 and i was browsing on 11/11/17,be wiser told me personal accident was included and quote was £170 less than my existing policy so i agreed to purchase policy(thinking that policy would start on 6/12/17)in fact personal accident policy was only for 3 months and cover began on 11/11/17.I then had problems with them accepting proof of no claims bonus from my previous insurer and wrong information on the policies they supplied for my two cars,after several phone calls and emails i lost patience and cancelled on 12/12/17,which meant i had cover for 6 days and they charged me £96 cancellation fee,i would not recommend this company”

“you told me that you would look for the best cheapest car insurance deal for me but that was a lie infact you have found me the most expensive. I have been a loyal customer with you for some years but I will be cancelling my policy with you and will warn everyone not to go with you. I am disgusted £420 no way I can get car insurance for half of this”
