“Bought a motorhome from this company and have had bother from day 1, 6 months later and I’m still getting lied to and not calling back when promised. I have never been treated or lied to after spending thousands of pounds and would tell anybody that is thinking of buying from here to AVOID, AVOID AVOID unless you want a life worths of hassle and constant lies.”

“Rude, and unhelpful. First call was passed through to an annoyed man who informed me I was in the wrong department and hung up on me. Second time passed through to a woman who talked over me and didn't understand what I was was calling about. When I asked to be given chance to explain she hung up on me.”

“We have been struggling to find a vw wingman Micro for sale but after talking to John at NEC last year he phoned to say he had found one for us ! We absolutely love it and looking forward to using it for many years in our retirement. A big thank you to John for his time and effort in finding our dream motorhome, Thanks to calum for getting it through there excellent service department and finally Thanks to Connor for picking us up from Prestwick town . I would fully recommend BC motorhomes they made it so easy for us !”

“Following a negative response from another Autotrail Dealer which was actually closer to our home, I went to BC Motorhomes in Ayr for a recall job where I received excellent customer service with the work being carried out to a high standard. Recently I returned to BC for warranty work on our motorhome which was completed again with first class workmanship. I also had a habitation check done which all went smoothly and at a reasonable cost. All this work was carried out in a friendly atmosphere where the staff could not have been more helpful; with our experience, I can recommend BC Motorhomes 100%. Many thanks to Callum, Donna, Lauren, Lewie and all the staff at BC.”

“I am very unsure whether to purchase a motorhome from this dealer. I visited and viewed the van in question. The presentation of the van was poor, it is a 2nd hand van i am looking at (100k). Although the van had a note in the window, just arrived and awaiting preparation. All the vans on display had this note! I asked the salesman how long the van was on the forecourt, he replied 2 weeks, I was looking at it advertised for the past 2 months. Lost a bit of trust straight away. I was left alone to view the van which was fine, I noticed a few things that deepened my concerns, things placed in a way to hide damage etc. Items missing off walls. Items that were advertised with the van in the advert, were mistakes and were not part of the deal. More trust lost! The salesman was O.K not overly pleasant or knowledgeable, so wasn't good at re assuring my concerns ,or put me at ease. I was sent through a agreement to sign and asked to check it. A few things that were discussed were missing off the form , again this scared me a bit, my trust is all but gone. I absolutely would love to buy this van that I am looking at ..........I dont have the warm and fuzzy feeling at this moment. I do believe that putting the deal in writing is the right thing to do. I feel like I am having to work to hard to convince myself. My wife is disappointed with these thoughts I am discussing, but also realises if these are concerns now , is there any re assurance that we will have a good experience. Will see what happens over the next few days and see where our gut takes us. I will post the outcome as to what we did.”

“Wing ham Rookie L Taken purchase of a new Winghamm Rookie. L. First. outing out. The gas is not working. Cannot shut off the second regulator. The toilet flap is broken. sewage everywhere. Waste water not draining. I am not happy . Tyre pressure only 25 psi and it should be 40 psi. Does anyone want to buy a cheap caravan?”

“BC Motorhomes is a credit to its industry. I own a 2020 Autotrail IMALA 720 GT and was bought IN Perth,as i live in Ayrshire it is easier to use an Autotrail garage in Ayrshire I had a recall on my motorhome and went to B C Donna gladly arranged my Motorhome to fix the recall, excellent job .today i had my Habitation done excellent job done and was very reasonable priced ,but the best thing i like is the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff they go far beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer . I must thank DONNA and Lauren for keeping me right on the warranty work also the technician who worked on my Van thanks to all the staff”

“When first went to Bc the service and help was brilliant, even recommended them to my mother. All awry when I arranged for a simple job to be done on my cooker hob. Happened one of the valves on the hob was damaged (how Ill never know as it didn’t need touched). Despite repeated calls and even one of their workers visiting us and photographing the hob, nothing was sorted and that was around a year or so ago. Gave up trying after various promises to call us back never happened. Disappointed doesn’t cover it. Usually book other services there but guess I will look elsewhere this year. Elvira.”

“Bought a motorhome from them and it was £52k with only one elderly owner. Had to take it to the original dealer in Perth where they informed me they sold this new for £48.5k. I have never heard of a motorhome appreciating in value when it is driven out the showroom. Research the van and the dealer! Needless to say we have sold it and purchasing new from another dealer.”

“Travelled 600 miles to view campervan. Liked what I saw. Advert listed awning included. Young callum and John were ok to deal with. Owner elderly callum was asked what type of awning. He made a call to what I was led to believe previous owner. She described it with no mention of it being separate sale and when I returned home I got a call from young callum then John. Owner elderly callum of bc motorhome wanted £400 extra for awning and said although advertised as part of sale that it was not really. The lady owner was selling separately. I have screenshot of advert. It later slipped out that bc motorhomes were selling on behalf of owner which I was not told. They would not commit details in writing of what was verbally promised. There were so many other dodgy untruths and inconsistencies such a tangled web that I had no trust in the company. The van was nice but I'm glad I didn't get involved with buying from them.”
