“I bought a Weber Master Touch, compared to the previous bbqs I've bought it is a massive step up in quality. The bowl and lid are thick steel and well painted and the grill is very heavy and thick stainless steel. It's built to last. The handle on the bowl was bent, I called the helpline, spoke to a very helpful lady, sent in pics and a new one was sent out straightaway. Really good customer service.”

“i bought two weber products. bbq world are fantastic company to deal with. Good prices, very fast delivery and most important - they have a customer service number you can phone and is answered quickly by someone in uk!! Customer service lady i spoke to was lovely and very helpful. i wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company.”

“They were fantastic! I had a couple of questions at the time of placing the internet order, so I called them up. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful so I placed the order that evening. Only a few days later, the pallet arrived with the new BBQ - great service all round!”
