“Easy online purchase of a smoker with fast delivery. Unfortunately the delivered item was damaged, called BBQ land, and explained the damage and sent an email with the Photos Within under 2hrs email sent to me with new item will be delivered and the damaged item will pick up at the same time. This has now all been completed and now delivered with no damage within 48hrs. Excellent service from BBQ land and I will use them for all my wood chip flavours and any other services. I highly recommend this company. They are so good which you don't see if many company's today and that is why I will be planning the 2hrs drive to their shop to see all there great product that they have to offer and meet the team. Keep up the great work BBQ land an absolute pleasure to deal with and a great service”

“BBQ land service and delivery. 100% happy with the communication received via email and the one phone call I made to get an update on my order and add an item. The gentleman on the phone was super friendly and happy to go above and beyond to help me with my query and request. Will use BBQ land again in the future. The BBQ was delivered on a pallet and wrapped very well. Item was delivered down my drive which again was above and beyond. The BBQ: the BBQ needs to be built. And when I say built I mean fully built, so flat pack building knowledge is needed and a steady hand to screw in the screws. Putting it together took around 2 hours and you will need two people at points in the build process. Construction is very sturdy and easy to wheel around. Negative: for the price is doesn't come with a regulator and hose. Cooking: I've done two BBQs so far and I have to say I'm very impressed. The flat plate/griddle is amazing for steaks and burgers. Great BBQ grid lines. I'm a big coal BBQ man but this gas BBQ doesn't disappoint and the plus is you can light it up (which is quick with blue flame technology) and get things cooked in 25 mims. Great for time planning with the wife. Very happy with this BBQ choice. To sum up. Great sterdy BBQ. Great cooking height. Heavy thick cooking grills. Easy to clean (aqua) + dishwasher parts. One negative, no regulator supplied. I also brought the official campingaz cover from another site. I do not recommend this cover. Very thin and doesn't cover the plinth at the bottom”

“Very fast delivery I looked on line to see if I could get any good advice about using this smoker, And one person said it needs a smoke seal around the two doors which I did and it work a treet no smoke comes out the doors now. And also put the wood in a cast iron dish as the one supplied doesn't work very well, and that works as well”
