“Very good customer service. I got a new smoker when my old one sent to me when my old one stopped working whilst under warranty, I was asked to email the manufacturers who arranged with BBQLAND to deliver me a new one. It arrived next day!”

“Top customer service. I purchased my pitboss navigator BBQ at a really good price. The day I purchased it they were changing from 1 promotion to another. They hadn't removed all of the previous promotion from the page / images and they honoured it. I got a really good price and 2 free cooks. Thank you.”

“Bought the new Ironwood XL during Black Friday week and grabbed myself an absolute bargain. Ordered Wednesday evening and it arrived Friday. The delivery driver wasn’t very helpful but not BBQ land fault.”

“I phoned on Monday spoke to a sales representative to ask a few questions which were answered, I then purchased online and had delivery on the Wednesday lunchtime, was kept informed of times of delivery by courier also had emails from bbq land. I have not unpacked my bbq that will be new year. Will give update when I do.”
