“Ordered a Novellini Iris 1600mm-right-hand-walk-in-bath with integrated shower screen and 3 Essential Ocean Close Coupled Toilets inc Seat from www.bathroomsuppliesonline.com in December and paid in full. Delivery scheduled for 22/02/22, long enough one would think to expect a delivery on time. Not so with bathroom-supplies-online it would seem. A few days before delivery I get an email advising me that the shower screen had broken loading for delivery (accidents happen I suppose - but a 6 week delay in replacing it) bath turns up on date but toilets do not, seems a miscommunication in the warehouse, reassured delivery next day, no delivery advised not sure when they'll arrive....apology offered but doesn't help with an extra day i've had to pay plumbers an extra day to install. Telephone sales persons had all the communication skills of a brick!, shocking way to answer a customers call " 'ello what do you want" in a monosyllabic tone, the call handlers name was Malcolm who didn't know what was happening and 'simply couldn't help' passed over to a person called James, who albeit marginally better at speaking was no more helpful, offered £40 as a gesture (given that I'd spent £3,000 I don't think £40 goes anywhere near compensating me for a shockingly poor customer experience. Not to mention I had to pay the plumbers an extra day because of their incompetence and poor service. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from the above, be aware their after sales customer service is shockingly poor, I would not based upon my experience, recommend this company.”
