Scam - ordered a bath was never delivered. Kept communicating with me and setting dates for delivery and then refund but it never happened in the end I had to get my bank involved to get my money back. Can't believe Google is showing this as 4 stars. Please don't buy from them

Scamming people with no care as there will never be a prosecution!!!! I lost £1300 have been ignored by Leeds trading standards the courts have no power!!! And the police couldn't care less if I got my money back !!!! The directors have vanished I have looked and obtained their home address for the police but no one cares!!! This is how small businesses go bankrupt these people are scum!!!!

Ordered a shower screen, never arrived after 3 months, said they would return my money but didn't, had to get my credit card company to reimburse me instead. They have a very emollient and warm lady dealing with their customer enquiries who basically fronts off the operation and you don't get your money back.

They took payment for acrylic bathroom panels 3.5 months ago and still have heard nothing. Am chasing a refund which is hard when a company ignore you. Avoid.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAM. We purchased 2 shower wall panels from this company in September, and they never arrived. Dozens of emails, months of chasing and so much agro, we were fobbed off numerous times with promises that the panels had arrived with the distributor and were being inspected for quality. When I finally called them out as a scam, they stopped responding and emails started bouncing back. We eventually contacted the bank and put a claim in for undelivered goods and actually got our money back. Such a relief. Either they're a fake company or are struggling financially/going into administration and can't pay their suppliers bills. Either way, this is the worst experience we've ever had. Do. Not. Buy. ANYTHING. From. Them.

awful company, I went to the showroom in morley and saw the owner months ago (Brett i think his name was) and he seemed really nice and honest. i finally decided what i wanted and ordered it. what a disgrace of a company and i hope they go under, from top to bottom lies and lies. I hope nobody else has to suffer as me and everyone else in these reviews. Also ive noticed they've taken down there google review ratings because it was so low, the owners should be ashamed and embarrassed.

This company will not deliver what you order and try to steal your money. They seem genuine at first (they are trying to delay your refund request beyond 120 days) but there will be problems which they will tell you they are trying to sort out (mine was a wasted day waiting for a delivery which they said was cancelled because of a crack in the bath they were going to dispatch and they had one of my telephone numbers wrong so couldn't call me) Eventually they will stop responding entirely via email and there is no way to contact them directly. Avoid at all cost!!!! I can't anymore info for the review stats because this company is fraudulent and didn't actually deliver or refund.

I never received the goods, I never received the refund. Eventually, my credit card company paid me back. This firm is run by scammers and crooks DO NOT DEAL with them.

Check other reviews on other websites and it will confirm that this company should not be trusted. I placed an order which I then cancelled before the item was even shipped. They agreed on my refund but refused to actually pay it. Despite numerous emails I never received my refund so now I am having to claim through my credit card to get my money back.

I have been conned too! Conway (ironically) retail limited are the enterprise behind bathrooms of distinction. Just look at the state of their accounts…tells you all you need to know. My heart goes out to all affected, shameless company who are finished!

This company took my payment of £900 on 17th October and didnt put the order through to the supplier. I cannot now contact them. Please do not use them they will steal your money.

Appalling company and avoid at all costs! Ordered shower enclosure in September. Numerous false promises and no delivery of item. Requested refund and still no money and we are now in December. We will be following this up in court if required. Seems we are not the only ones to have had a bad experience and I wish I had listened to the reviews!

This company is happy to take your money and not provide a service. They don't respond to emails and never call you back. Was strung along for months, waiting for a refund, which never happened. You can't phone them. This company is terrible and shouldn't be in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ordered and paid for Shower Wall panels on 03/07 with an expected delivery of 6 weeks. At the time reviews for the company seemed find and BOD Leeds were contactable. After 5 weeks I messaged for any updates and was told they were on track and coming soon. I continued to message for any updates on a regular basis and the answers were always vague and involved having to contact the distributers and get back to me. It was always me chasing with no proactive updates on delivery. At one stage there was something about a panel being faulty but nothing specific. On 27/09 I rang the manufacturers who told me they had not been experiencing any delays and all orders were up to date! I chased BOD again for an answer. On 07/10 I managed to speak to Catherine at BOD Leeds who was still unable to give me a delivery date or timescale, I asked for a refund and she agreed. After continual chasing for news about this refund I was told on 07/11 that the Accounts department would shortly process my refund. I chased for dates then was told the refund was processed on 10/11 and to allow 11 working days for the money to reach my bank account. I have been chasing every since and still no refund…. I finally managed to get through to the Live Chat on 05/12 where they said they were ‘speaking to Accounts and would be as fast as possible’. After waiting on Live Chat for 30mins I messaged to ask if they had heard anything and they immediately switched the Live Chat to offline! Live Chat has been offline ever since… Their phone number is now not available for inbound calls. Emails to their customer services email come back as undeliverable. I have reported this company to Trading Standards and have filed a case with PayPal to try and get my money back. This whole experience has been extremely stressful, time consuming and ultimately has lost me money and caused delays with our build project. ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS***

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Would be zero stars if possible I made an order for bathroom wall panels in July with a 3 week delivery date. As this date passed, I emailed for an update to be given a new approximate date. As this date passed, I was given another date. This went on for a while, with being given different reasons and new approximate dates. So towards the end of October after being given another 'delivery date' I decided to cancel and order from somewhere else. I was told the first refund could take up to 10 days. When this date passed I emailed them again to be given new excuses. Then told it will be 5-7 days. That has passed again, so I emailed again. And again. Now not getting a response over a week later. Their web chat is also offline and the telephone number doesn't allow you to talk to anyone. I asked in multiple emails and web chats for the manager to call. No response. Not once was any update given by their free will, it was always after being chased. I have never experienced a company this bad at every aspect of their business. I have now had to contact my bank to try get my money back. Terrible company
