Ordered a Bathtub and panel on the 12th April (my project was delayed) so i called B.O.D to delay the delivery for a week. Its the 16th May now and i still haven't received my bathtub despite calling customer service 2-3 a day for the past couple of week. Every called ended with 'We need to call supplier (eastbrook) and get back to you' (must have heard that 15 + times thus far) suffice it to say no one gets back to me so I am having continue to call to get updates. I even ended up calling Eastbrook myself but because i didn't buy the tub directly from them they could not help me. My building has been waiting a week now to install the tub and has to move on to another job if this is not delivered tomorrow i will be stuck with out a bathtub until i can get someone in to install it. This has turned into a bit of nightmare!

Thank you Ashalen for your review. Reviews whether positive or negative are incredibly important and help us address issues. Reviews such as yours and others recently have highlighted that our communication over the past 2-3 months has fallen well short of our standards in some of our customer's experiences. Where we use these reviews for opportunities to learn and improve we do feel that it is fair that all of the details are correct within the review. Originally the contact details you provided were incorrect, and the delayed delivery was requested for the week commencing the 9th May. On Thursday the 12th May the situation regarding the incorrect contact details was resolved when you queried why the delivery hadn't been made but unfortunately a delivery that week (Friday 13th) or Monday (16th May) the following week wasn't available. I understand you became frustrated after calling several times on Monday 16th May, we were trying to explain that the delivery people would call you between 3:30 - 4:30pm to arrange the delivery for Tuesday 17th. We didn't have any further information we could give you on each occasion you called us. We have and will continue to work hard to improve our communication as this has been highlighted several times as an issue over the last 2-3 months. Previously our customer service has been praised in reviews which is rare as people generally are 5x less likely to leave a positive review than a negative review, less so as we don't actively request reviews. We do ask that customers provide us with the correct contact details as deliveries need to be arranged and the correct contact information is crucial. I am glad that we were able to resolve the issue with a successful delivery taking place on Tuesday 17th May.

Very good company to deal with, helped me when another company let me down. Would recommend here as I will be coming back in the future. The overall process was easy and customer service answered any questions I had đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

I recently contacted BOD for a bath screen as it was required urgently. I have to say Hannah and Catherine were so helpful. Their telephone manner was excellent. Between them they got the screen to me on time and at a very competitive price. I can thoroughly recommend this company and excellent sales staff. Thankyou.

The panels arrived on Monday as you promised and I have been able to get on with the job. I just wanted to say that despite the delay with my order, I am happy with BOD and this is mainly due to the way in which Catherine kept me in touch with what was going on with delays. The fact that I knew what was happening makes all the difference, saving greater annoyance, doubt and frustration. Well done, thank you and keep up the good work.

A real pleasure to do business with. A range of quality products are offered at prices to suit most pockets. The help provided by the Customer service team is excellent, their knowledge of the products is briliant, and nothing too much trouble from explaining the intricacies of particular products, components and sizing to helping with the online orders, payments and delivery process. They go the extra mile to ensure things are delivered as and when required contact by email or phone to update on progress and ensure everything has met your needs. Ordering online was easy and everything explained well…… the prices were very competitive and it was assuring to know that delivery was not by courier but by the company direct. Great communication regarding delivery and arrived at time given by driver, Liam. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

What a remarkable company and team. From a change of order - my mistake, their own wonderful driver who delivered from Leeds to Central Scotland and couldn't do enough to ensure that the large bath, etc were in a convenient spot for me and didn't want me to rush while I checked the order. The technical help I received and highly competitive prices. Without overstatement and in all respects, BOD is one of the best companies I've ever encountered. It's easy to smile while posting this review and my many thanks to Brett, Sarah, Catherine and the wonderful delivery driver. Fabulous, professional people.

Top quality products at really fair prices. Extremely helpful and responsive customer service - I had a couple of reasons to call them (my own mistakes) and they were so helpful and efficient in helping me. Also the nicest and friendliest delivery driver I've ever come across. Would definitely shop with them again without hesitation. Only improvement I would make is to beef up the details on the website product pages to make the listings more informative. Cannot recommend this fantastic company highly enough.

I ordered a pair of sensio IP44 pendant lights for my bathroom. Although the order was placed approximately 6 weeks ago, however due to unforseen circumstances it didnt arrive until today. I spoke with a wonderful lady called Catherine who was patient all the way through and immensely helpful. Due to the delay of the delivery they offered me free delivery although the delay was not caused by bathroom of distinction but actually from the manufacturers Sensio. Catherine was transparent through the whole ordeal but fundamentally her customer service was impeccable. If you are reading this Catherine.... a big thankyou to you. I know it can't have been easy running to the warehouse and checking for my purchase. The lighting was worth waiting for because they are actually beautiful. I had seen the same pendant lights and found bathroom of distinction came on top and beat everyone elses prices. Delivery arrived today and even the delivery driver ensured that the lights were fit for purpose and he too provided excellent customer service. I definately recommend bathrooms of distinction in terms of pricing, delivery and customer service. My number one place to go now and trust me you wont be disappointed.

I needed a new bath on line companies offered much better prices but I was apprehensive about ordering from a company that wasn't t local but encouraged by the excellent reviews that customers had given so I decided to take a leap of faith and very happy I did called a couple of times with queries they coulddn t have been more helpful Bath delivered on time young man called Liam very patient while we checked everything over Best customer service I have received in years Thank you Bodleeds

Excellent service - recently purchased a shower,tray and enclosure from BOD and had the pleasure of dealing with Catherine,nothing was too much trouble,any questions I had were answered immediately and BOD even price matched one of the items. Thank you BOD with a special shout out to Catherine. 5 star service,highly recommended.

My experience of customer service from BoD has been, without doubt, one that should be regarded throughout the retail business as simply "the platinum standard". Catherine went well beyond her job description in going the extra mile through her dogged determination and perseverance to get the supplies down to me, when all other retail outlets had failed. Liam was exemplary too in offering to solve delivery problems by adding a load to his full manifest and delivering it, late in the dark evening, to the edge of SE England. I received top-drawer service from beginning to end with Katherine, willing to answer any and all questions I asked about the bath tub I ordered. She answered the phone and responded to emails very quickly. It was the best price I could find for the Carron Status bath. She explained how the delivery would work for Scotland so I understood why it had to be delivered on a specific date. The delivery went VERY smoothly, on schedule, and with great communication about its whereabouts enroute. They use their own driver so it was easy to trust that it would arrive safely. And Liam was so good about carrying it all up two flights of stairs to my flat. First class company!
