Don’t ever leave reviews, however, the driver driver Greg, special shout out to him. So helpful, brought everything into the conservatory for us, opened everything up and took the packaging away for us. Saves us a job next weekend! Thanks again!

Ordered a large amount of panels for a customers new house and BOD managed to supply them quickly and delivered on their own vehicle. Got tracking on the way as well so could nip away from another job to receive them.

Do not use this company!! It's been 5 weeks since I placed my order and I've still not received what I've paid for. I can't get in contact with them in any way to get a refund. The email on their website is now not a functioning domain, their contact phone line is now out of use, and no one ever responds to the live chat on their website. I am beginning to think this is a scam!

Terrible company to deal with, tell lie after lie and never phone when they say they will. Cancelled my order after a 10 week wait and would advise others not to do business with them

What a fantastic company to work with. Kept me up to date at all stages of the order and helped me with any queries i had. The devilry driver was very friendly and very helpful. Will be 100% ordering from them again.

Ordered a Coram shower door from the sale section yesterday morning as I needed this urgently, I did double check on live chat that this was in stock and it arrived this afternoon. Packaged well and ready for the fitter to install this in the morning. Top work!

Had my unit delivered on Saturday. Driver brought everything into the house for me and opened everything up for me to look at. Never had service like that before!! Had the unit fitted today and looks great! Thanks again! V x

the worst experience, don't order anything with them online because you have to wait a lifetime for that product to arrive and as for the money back it takes forever and when you call to ask for details they actually didn't even send the money and you have to start again from the beginning regarding the payment… VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and still didn’t get my money back

Avoid this company.evwn though website says in stock its not actually in stock .if you pay for 3 to 5 day delivery uts NIT its 10 to 15 days for them to get it and THEN send it you.cancelled ny orser because of this over a week since I cancelled my order and NO refund yet and guess what they said...REFUNDS TAKE 10 TO 1T DAYS !!!they do like that 10 to 15 days. If I don't have refund tomorrow I will contact my bank to raise a dispute. Got the same product elsewhere and had it in 2days and it was CHEAPER Avoid

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE COWBOYS. Ordered over 40 days ago only to be constantly fobbed off about delivery. I checked with the manufacturer and the panels I ordered are indeed in stock yet bod tell me they are not and keep changing their story

I ordered wall panels but there was a slight delay in delivery but I’m glad I waited. Well delivered and the panels are great. They were easy to install,says the other half, also looks stunning. Thank you!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Placed order on 22 of May, didn't have any updates on delivery, after 15 working days asked for update and said they had supply issues, so for the next few weeks i was making constant phone calls for updates (they only ever contacted me once out of the multiple weeks this went on for despite saying they would keep me updated), in the end decided to cancel order on 28th of June (as had no faith they would ever fullfill the order/service had been so shocking no longer wanted anything to do with them, and now over the 10 working days expected to receive the refund still havnt had it, so again phoning constantly for answers and always the same 'will investigate and phone you back as soon as we can' (and they never phone you back). It appears from other reviews that from April 2022 onwards they have spiralled into one problem after another to become the worst company ever, we've had no shower for nearly two months now because of them wasting our time. DO NOT LET THEM WASTE YOURS TOO.

Somethings gone very wrong with this company. Promises of delivery came to nothing. Was told a refund would be issued within 10 working days. 10 days? A competitor refunded me within 2 days when they couldn’t supply an order. Bods have had my money now for 6 weeks and still no refund.

I ordered and paid for a shower panel on 23/4 and despite emails and phone calls with Catherine I still do not have a panel it’s now 23/6. The customer service is pathetic promises of a call back or email response are just lies. Paul Donaldson

Your review, along with a few others has highlighted that our communication has been severely lacking in some situations over the last 2-3 months. We do apologise for the experience you have received. We have already taken steps to make improvements in this area including recruitment and training. Where it is our priority to ensure this is brought to a satisfactory close we do appreciate that in addressing our shortcomings it is too little too late for your experience. We are a small business and up until very recently we have served thousands of customers and generated a number of positive reviews organically which is incredibly rare considering people are 5x less likely to leave a positive review than a negative review. Going forward we do want to ensure that our future customers are receiving the service we have provided successfully over many years.

We were overwhelmed by their customer service. Everyone was so helpful, polite & professional. They went above & beyond our expectations, ensuring our carron status shower bath arrived safely by putting extra packaging around it. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would definitely use them again & thoroughly recommend them to family & friends. We especially like the fact how it is still a family run business. We are lost for words to say how much we value & rate their services. We actually gave them a gift to show our appreciation, which is something we have never done before for a company. Outstanding quality products & excellent service.
