“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - you will not get your goods and they will not refund your money. I had to get my money back via the bank.”

“NO REFUND PROCESSED - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Placed an order but was then told the delivery would be delayed. Unfortunately this didn't work with my timescale for installation so I had to cancel. I was advised it had been passed onto the relevant team and I would receive a reply via email in 24 hours to confirm the refund had been processed. I never heard from them and they are now ignoring all of my requests for a call back and my emails. Still no refund and it looks unlikely they have no intention on giving me my money back.”

“Wish I had seen this before i ordered. I thought it was only me. Ordered back in May, every 2 weeks have been trying to follow up. nothing turned up, no refund. Dont lose your money. Police should investigate this and go to their Leeds location and raid the place to recover money.”

“feel like a fool as did not read these reviews before purchasing goods form them in July and September. No goods have ever been received and they outright lie on email. No way to contact via phone either. An absolute scam and I am intending to contact all the manufacturers they retail in and complain until they are cut off - dow waste your time/money with these scum”

“Ordered & paid in full on 11th October. It's now 28 days later. Goods still not arrived. Keep emailing them, pleading for a delivery date. They just don't respond.”

“Bathroom cabinet didn't arrive - waited 2 months for it - apparently not available even though it showed "available" on the website and I then got it in a few days from another company. BOD agreed to provide a refund but this didn't arrive either - despite many many requests - each time they said "we'll look into it". A complete scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

“Ordered bathroom 4 months ago. Apparently delivery was attempted 5 weeks ago but we were sent a picture of the front of our house and then informed we weren't in !!! Funny, because or dog barks at everything, and nobody was captured on security camera coming down the driveway on that date. Order promised as a priority but no contact. Online Chat cuts off part way through chat. Online contact form asking for ring back - filled in plenty, but no return calls. We did get one response though. It was a message asking what was the best time to ring. Hello, just try ringing and you might get through. Lots of empty promises and then no response whatsoever for 3 weeks. Now in the hands of the c/c company”

“Is this company still trading?! Having sent a request for a call back last week and not been called back, I drove 15 miles from home only to find the place all locked up. You can’t get through on the phone either. I had a question I wanted to ask about something I purchased 4 years ago. The service when I bought my shower and wall panels then was excellent.”

“*AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!* I placed my order on 31 July. After 3 weeks I chased and was told it would be in stock soon. After 6 weeks I requested a full refund . Again I kept getting delayed repsonses and told that their accounts system had an error. Catherine even said she would look after my return personally and be in touch. After 4 days her colleague said that Catherine had had to take time off work!! It's now in the hand of my bank to get my refund, some 13 weeks later!! Please, please, please DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS Do not use this company. SHOWER PANELS PAID AND ORDER ON THE 13/06 AND STILL NOT RECEIVED OVER £4000 OWED. THEY NEVER EVEN PLACED MY IRDER WITH SHOWER WALL. JUST LIES LIES LIES. TOTALLY FRAUDULENT. THEY FOB YOU OFF WITH DELAYS AND EXCUSES BUT NEVER PAY. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Unbelievable, quite literally the worse company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non-existent, you can’t call and speak directly to anyone, you have to request a call back which you never get until a day or so later. If you email their customer service they don’t reply. I bought a bath tub and was promised a delivery date, one day before delivery I was told they were out of stock. I cancelled my order and was promised a full refund, I paid by credit card and three weeks later no refund. Fortunately, they use PayPal to make payments so I raised a dispute directly with PayPal who were fantastic in sorting this out. They upheld my case and now finally six weeks later I have my refund. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company and would advise anyone thinking of using them to avoid at any cost.”

“Do not use. Never delivered item with significant delay. Refund had still not been received a month after requesting it. I have been told it has allegedly been process - but over 10 days on I have still not received the refund.”
