“Havent recieved my order and no response from my email asking where it is!”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I can confirm that we received your e-mail yesterday afternoon regarding the missing order. We have been investigating the matter with our couriers to understand the cause of the missing order which we dispatched. To avoid any delays we have also put a replacement order on our system yesterday evening. The replacement order will be picked today and is scheduled to arrive with you tomorrow. In the event your missing order is found and if we can get the items to you any sooner, we will happily do so. Nevertheless if for any reason you do not get your order tomorrow or if tomorrow is not convenient please contact our team on 01782405047 and we will happily look into the matter urgently for you. “Waited all day for delivery didn’t arrive payed staff wages for 10 hours to wait for pre arranged tile and was refunded £24.99!! Do 30 bathrooms a year and Won’t be using again”

“Really bad customer service delivery did not arrive, not explanation was given by Bathroom Mountain. When I contacted the customer service after they failed to respond to my email. They were very dismissive I would not recommend you us this company.”

I have reviewed our records and can see upon being notified late in the day, the missing items left us the next day and were delivered the day after. “The product was fine, the delivery driver was an absolute rude, incompetent, inpatient horrible man. He was rude to my disabled mum, left the package on the kerbside and walked off whilst trying to speak to him. Considering delivery is £25 you’d think the delivery driver would have had some manners! I’d never order again, even tho the product is good, the delivery was absolutely awful. A real shame. He also dropped the SHOWER screen off the pallet and said “oh it’s nothing””
