“I will not be buying from you in the future if you insist on using that useless transport company PallEx. Waited all day yesterday was lied to constantly over the delivery. Having to wait again today,lost 2 days pay ,and might have to yet pay the fitter if they don't turn up. If the later happens I will not be taking delivery and will require a full refund from yourselves along with my fitters charge. A very very very disappointed customer.”

“This was the first time we have used Bathroom Mountain and judging by the quality of service and product, it will not be the last time. We purchased a bath and free standing bath taps for a bathroom refurbishment and have been delighted with both. The whole purchasing experience has been positive from the initial browsing, selection, purchase and final delivey. I was particularly impressed with the packaging. Not something I would normally get excited about but it was above and beyond what I expected, with the items being delivered in pristine condition. Add this to competetive prices and a good product range means that this is a company with which we will do business again. Well done!”

“Hi delivery was fantastic, screen is gr8 I’ve got one problem the top rail on the screen must have been rubbing on something even though it was well packed, it’s made a little part of it shiny, so if you could let me no what can be done about it thank you 👍👍”

“I found it really easy to order my Bathroom requirements from Bathroom Mountain. I used their web site to purchase. I collected the order from the warehouse , the service was both prompt and helpful, with friendly staff. Strongly recommend Bathroom Mountain.”

“Rads are really nice and they look very smart in the room ,but I'm not very impressed with the angled trv's piad the extra for chrome effect values and they are cheap looking rubbish that let the look of the rads down not recommended to pay the extra money for trv's go to a plumbers merchant and buy better quality ones”
