"Incorrect part was delivered, shop would not believe it was wrong inititially. I had to take photographs and make several calls over a number of days delaying te job and unltimately costing me money.
After 6 months tap leaked and shower temperature control got stuck. shop did replace tap cartridge but refused to replace shower part on Grounds that issue is caused by the high limescale content I water in North London!! To buy a replacement is 100 pounds."
"I really wish I could submit a photograph of the bathroom, it's a disaster. Primarily because it's not finished some two months after the fit-out started. Bathroom Heaven failed to deliver key components, as a result we had to buy last-minute items on the Internet ....like the shower tray. Whilst initially helpful and recommending an alternative tray. When they realised they couldn't match floor tiles to the tray, and the tray was a different size to the originally intended which compromised the symmetry of the bathroom ... they just seemed to want to wash their hands of the problem."

It is a matter of sincere regret that we have not been able to find an exact floor tile match that precisely follows the grout lines of your wall tiles and the texture, colour and detail of your shower tray.
As you know, we have had a number of members of staff including the managing director working on this project, because we appreciate your business and your satisfaction is very important to us. As we have discussed extensively, it was always going to be challenging to meet your exact specification because tiles and shower trays are made of different materials.
We do feel we have taken this project very seriously, and to that end our sales manager has brought samples to you personally in a taxi and the managing director has separately visited you as part of our efforts.
Ultimately we could not find and provide the perfect floor tile you are looking for and we do wish you well in your ongoing search.
