The unit came from Monarch late. When fitting there wasn’t any instruction manual, had to download it onto my phone. Worse still it was missing the 2.5mtrs of white drain hose, I had to then go out and buy it separately as everything was disconnected. Very very poor.

I bought a Monarch Master water softener. The price was competative and the service was good, they beven chased Monarch to make sure it was delivered to me in time and called me back. Good old fashioned service!

I am impressed by how quickly Bathquest turn orders round and keep the customer informed. I ordered 2 HiB mirrored cabinets and chose Bathquest specifically because the site says they despatch direct from the supplier. Two days later HiB delivered the first cabinet and Bathquest e mailed me to advise HiB had advised the other one was pending delivery to them. I was offered a choice of waiting a little while for the second delivery or receiving a refund. As I’m in no hurry, I’m happy to wait for the second delivery. The tall cabinet I took delivery of was well packaged, and the packaging was undamaged and I was pleased to see it had been transported flat on its back. No complaints.

Cabinet was damaged ,I immediately sent them an email at 6pm last night (5 February)It is now 5pm and no acknowledgment of my email. Terrible customer service I did ring them this morning and I will ring again tomorrow.I am very upset ant hurt that nobody seams to care!!!!

Hi, Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you're upset and hurt that your mirror cabinet arrived damaged by the courier. Unfortunately when dealing with fragile glass items this can occasionally occur. Emails are replied to in the order received. As the 5/2/24 was a Monday a day in which our office is closed then 3 days of emails (Saturday, Sunday & Monday) would have been waiting for staff Tuesday morning, so you would need wait more than a few hours for a reply. I believe however you telephoned Tuesday morning and spoke to a member of staff directly who made arrangements for a new cabinet to be dispatched and the matter has now been resolved - all within 24 hours of you original 6pm email.
