“Bought a bathroom cabinet from bathquest after cancelling an order from another supplier with bad reviews. Cant fault the service apart from the fact that l wasn't notified of the delivery. I was only made aware of the delivery by the driver of the van, 5 minutes before he pulled up outside my house, luckily I was in, or this may of caused further issues.”

“On Friday 25/11/22 I contacted Bathquest, concerning a Monarch Scaleout Advance SA-15 water softener. They were very helpful and within a few minutes we agreed the cost and ordered the Monarch Product. They contacted the Manufacturer that day. And on Tuesday 29/11/22 the item was delivered to me. It could not have been any better than that. Regards Kenneth Martin.”
